Good day house, I have been waiting for up to 9 weeks to get the decision letter from NMCN. I don't know what the problem is with the council, is there anyone in my shoes or can offer me a friendly advice? I will be most grateful.

someone I know had the following assessment report:
adaptability 90%
creativity. 80%
supportiveness. 80%
dependability. 70%
drive. 70%
assertiveness. 70%

yet he was served a love letter 13 days after the completion of his stage 1 assessment. This is a 2013 engineering graduate with a second class upper. I wonder what shell is looking for by using a screening process that is.....let me not say strict but unfair. Even though I don't know his cognitive test performance, he said he was cocksure of 60% of the questions. Till after 25th, then we'll know if this whole thing is a funfair.
