It's not all about seeing the flyers online. You have to ask yourself, Are these places real? Has the company existed for more than 10 years? Are people complaining? The answers to these questions will guide you on who to trust and how to go about doing business with real estate companies in Nigeria. You can think about buying land from people near you but if you are to go to a faraway place where you don't know much people, you will need some helping hands. And, that's what Facilitators do! |
I don't blame Nigerians much because if you are to judge by the look of things, you will know that most people have lost huge sums of money all in the name of investment because they didn't do due diligence. Yes, it is more fulfilling to see your investment growing than to find yourself saying, Had I known. Now, you can buy lands, build and own properties once you have the right contact. I will bring you wotoporous offers! |
Why it is difficult to serve Nigerians: If you tell a Nigerian, Come and buy land. He will say, No. I don't want people to know that I am buying lands! Well, it's a good thing to keep your investment portfolio secret but remember it's not spirits you will do business with! It's still human beings. So, let's say that I am a stranger to some, a friend to some and a straightforward person at all times. |

Success is not location based but sometimes, you have to change your environment in order to change your mindset. In 2025, you have to utilize all the experiences you have gathered over the years in order to succeed! 1. Travel abroad I know you might be wondering why I said this but look at the margin between dollar and Naira! Wouldn't you like to earn in hard currencies? Yes, it might not be easy initially but with time, you will fit into the new system. If you have done everything humanly possible to succeed in Nigeria and it didn't work or you have succeeded but you still want more money, please save up and leave the country. Do you know why? It is because if you make up your mind that you are going there to make money, once you reach there, you will focus on your reason for being there. Chances are, even after making money in Africa you will still feel like traveling abroad to see things for yourself! So, traveling now will avail you the opportunity to make money and still look around. Just don't mount pressure on yourself. If it takes you 8 months to save up, do it! Investing in yourself shouldn't be a problem to you! 2. Buy lands. Once you are sure there is no court cases surrounding it, buy land. I repeat, buy land. There are so many real estate companies out there claiming to be able to do due diligence for you, give you return on investments or even help you arrange some documents! It's all good but put eyes on ground so that when you are not there, your properties will still be safe. The emphasis is on becoming a landlord: 1. It gives you peace of mind. 2. You get something at the end of the month or year. 3. You leave something for your children. Ok, these might not be all the right reasons to buy lands or build on it but it's good to elevate your status from that of a tenant to a landlord! Imagine having a shopping complex or plaza in a goodly location where all manner of companies can come and rent! No stories, just assign a lawyer to them and receive income from Pharmacies, Supermarkets, Laboratories and even real estate companies gor gor. Well, you can do crypto as well but remember that all these things require capital. Some day, you will look back and know that you have tried.

On the night when she was supposed to meet her daughter, Emily found the door closed but the window opened to the other side. She wondered if Vic had left the house without telling her but no idea came into her mind! So, she called Jeffry who happened to be the security guy and asked if Vic was noticed anywhere close to the gate but he said no and also emphasized that, "No fly, mouse or pigeon has passed across this gate since 6:30PM talk more of a ghost!" She was satisfied with the answer and proceeded to sleep but the thought of not having her daughter around for the next 6hrs bothered her! So, she went to check the safe. Thank goodness, it was locked but the money was no longer there. "$250, 000?" She couldn't imagine herself asking the empty space. Immediately, she put on her pair of slippers and went into the streets in search of Vic who must have been led astray by one Sarah Rogers! Her new acquaintance. On exhausting her energy, she came back to the mansions with some unforgettable sobs. She would have allowed her but bearing the loss of her husband and that of an only daughter would be unthinkable. So, in the morning she prepared and went to the venue based on the little she could decipher from the note Vic left behind. She used the money to prepare for her wedding with Lochanda, her mother refused to bless the union because she wanted a 'live-in husband' for her daughter! Cutting through the air, cars and in defiance to traffic laws, she could bet her heart was beating faster than required! On getting to the hall, she discovered it was filled up! Lochanda who noticed her presence apologized on Vic's behalf and blamed lack of planning. When the guests were settled down, nobody could fail to notice Emily's attire and likened her to a superwoman. Just as the party was about to end, her husband, Dave Waston who was long thought to have been lost arrived in the company of his friends who could sing and there was a Family reunion.

Dude silently dropped an album/ EP and in one of the songs, he said, "I no be Omah Lay but I dey feel sad." Judging from the look of things, it is too early to say whether the songs will go anywhere or not. In a recent development, he gave some clues about his willingness to sing in more sophisticated foreign languages. To this, a lot of people wondered if he is no longer comfortable in his awesome Igbo tune. Here are some songs from Immunity: 1. Bahd 2. 4 market days 3. LET MY PEOPLE GO 4. VAT Others can be gotten on the Audiomack platform. Building plan done land. Considering the fact that I was not getting any younger and also that I had began to understand why my father usually stayed outside the house in the evening times while looking into the issues of life all alone, I began to plan my life to become fail proof in the case of eventualities! So, I got myself a laptop and started hopping on some building designs with my overview knowledge of some special architectural tools. Instead of the whole process to bring peace into my life, it triggered another questionable reaction from my wife. "Honey, this one that you are always keeping quiet in the evening times and typing away your life while facing the computer screen, I hope you are not trying to hack into any database?" She asked as she noticed that I no longer had much time for her. At first, I wanted to keep quiet but as a man, I decided to own up to my actions (and inactions)! So, I told her, "Well, if you must know, I am planning my life so that I can live well in the future in case you're not there." She came close to see what I was doing at the computer and she screamed, "What, you are planning to build a house in the village and it has only one room when you have a darling like me?" I was startled and had to turn off the computer to face her! As an investor, I told her that it's just my own way of playing safe in case anything happens tomorrow and we are no longer together, I would just go down to the one room apartment in the village and stay calmly until I am able to find my feet again. "It hasn't gotten to that nah! At least, we are not Bill and Merlin Gates that took different directions, I can still be with you." She said, trying to calm me down. "But, you don't make my food!" I protested. When she realized where the discussion was heading to, she said, Please let's talk about that another time. "Ok, if you want to be part of the project, you have to foot your own part of the bills." I said, as a matter of finality. "And, when I do, what will happen?" She asked. "I will tweak the plan." I assured her! "Hmm, let me call my father first." Immediately she said that, I knew what would happen and I didn't want my pa inlaw to call me a small boy again! So, I picked up my laptop and other tools and retired to the bedroom while she paced through the sitting room to dial different numbers. |
WHAT ACTUALLY CAUSED THE PROBLEM BETWEEN MY WIFE AND I... Normally, when husbands and wives are having issues at home, it is because of differences in the choices they make! For example, the wife might like Telemundo and the husband likes Vampire channel but in my case it was not so. Whenever or 70% of the time we have issues, only one name comes into mind and that is... MY BOSS. Dude can be cunning and the worst of it all? He has my woman's phone number. There was a time he called me into his office for a brief and personal meeting and while we were discussing, he told me, "Imiano, the company is not happy with you because you have not been advertising our products vigorously as promised and you don't even interact with your colleagues on social media platforms!" The thing hit me separately and I lowered my ego and sought to learn from him on how to go about it. "If your fellow workers make post on their Facebook profiles, go there and comment nice things so that people will know that we are a good company that encourages interpersonal relationships!" He said. I heard him and left. After some days, a colleague of mine by name Adanna posted some photos on her Facebook wall about how she spent her all-expense paid trip to Malta and she captioned it, "We have been through a lot but we don't look it!" Out of curiosity and partial obedience to my boss's desires, I went there and wrote, "I wish I met you before I met my wife." That comment alone sparked outrage but before I could delete it, my wife had seen it! Hian. That was why I made a post earlier on at the Literature section saying that Facebook Does Not Forget. That weekend, I couldn't rest, I could run. I just waited for whatever that would happen to happen. Should I not make it to work on Monday, I had written my will. |
Fact check: Is my Mother an Outsider? After sometime, my mother called me on phone to know how I was doing and I told her that I was okay but she didn't believe me. Instead of making do with what she has heard, she told me to give my wife the phone for confirmations. Ha! See me ooo. I told her, Mama every thing is all right. "Give her the gadamn phone, you bloody civilian!" My mother yelled. At that point, I knew that the matter had gotten out of hand and I had to pack and go because lying is not in our DNA. After I settled with my wife, I went to see my mother. While leaving the family house that Friday evening after a strained conversation with her, she told me, "Imiano, be careful what you do in that marriage, if you lose her, you lose everything!" "Are you teaching me my job?" I queried her eyeball to eyeball. "No, I am just saying that nobody spits out sugar that is on his mouth." She calmly said thinking that I would understand her. "Well, if you must know, my marriage is not open to outsiders! So we better not discuss this." I replied, feigning ignorant of the situation. " Outsider ni, Bystander ke! All I know is be careful and don't drag the family's name to the mud!" She said as she dusted assumed air off her wrapper. " Every Hausa man with him own kettle." I said and left the compound. While going back home, I was wondering if I actually said the right thing. Well, the answer dates back to five years ago! |
WHY I RAN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE FOR TWO WEEKS! Yes, I am a very strong person but there are times I don't feel safe around my wife especially when I pay a deadly visit to her purse or handbag without her express written permission! The last time I achieved N30,000 from her purse due to my clever means, I posted about it at the Family section. But, what they didn't know was that I was not able to return home peaceably after that encounter because I wouldn't know what she had in stock for me! My ultimate plan was to go to Onitsha and stay with one of my friends in his 2 rooms apartment for 2 weeks until I am able to furnish my vocabulary and be able to stand before my wife as a man. So, I got there, dropped my bag and we went outside to collect cool breeze and after that we went to a barbing saloon across the room to charge our phones. From there, I was posting things like, "We left home to better home..." "Making Mama proud is the goal..." "Believe, Trust the process..." You know all those kinds of jargons that were trending online. So, I was posting them online to let my wife know that I am still alive but she never cared! Hmm. Obi akpo get level. I will later tell you people how my life took a new turn and my career changed! Keep buying data and airtime from www.vullz.com |
UNA NEVER HEAR?? Lately, I started an organization called Pan-African Zodiac Signs Committee because I was trying to understand my wife through ultramodern profiling but so far, there has not been any good result! Sometimes, she will act like Pisces, sometimes she will act as Capricorn! At a point I had to ask her, "Madam, which one are you?" She said, Don't call me Madam, I am still a baby. Hian. I nearly ran out of the house that day but I had to stand my ground as a man! After everything, I told her, "You can be anything but never a Cancer patient!" And, instantly she knew that I cared about her. So far I have been able to understand how Capricorn people behave in Australia! When the form is ready, I will allow people to start registering. |
Google's new quantum computer chip solves problems (in 5 minutes) that would take supercomputers 10 septillion years to complete — longer than the universe has existed: The achievement, published in Nature, marks a major step forward for quantum computing, proving it can perform tasks beyond the capabilities of classical computers. The chip is called "Willow." This breakthrough centers on the random circuit sampling (RCS) benchmark, a complex statistical test used to assess computational randomness. Hartmut Neven, founder of Google Quantum AI, called Willow "the most convincing prototype" of a quantum computer to date, highlighting its potential to tackle real-world problems previously considered unsolvable. Unlike traditional computers that process information as binary bits (ones and zeros), quantum computers use qubits, which can exist in multiple states simultaneously due to quantum superposition. This allows them to exponentially increase computing power. However, qubits are notoriously fragile and prone to errors, a challenge Google claims to have overcome with Willow's built-in error suppression system. Google now aims to leverage this progress to address real-world applications, such as advancements in medicine, nuclear fusion, and clean energy. Neven emphasized that quantum computing, alongside artificial intelligence, will drive transformational changes in technology, pushing humanity closer to solving otherwise insurmountable challenges.
