I am not trying to impress anybody but I found out that singing can make you remember some people that you have forgotten and life goes on.

In order not to be boring, ill-advised or lose motivation, it is good to listen to cool songs in the morning because it helps calm your mind. A man called Imiano arrived at a local market in Akpugo, it was quite early and he was dressed in a white robe, not wearing any pair of slippers. His hair was neatly trimmed and his belt held onto his loins. The people who came to the market early to claim spots for trading wondered if he was one of those prophets who came to the market to shout, Let there be data! And there was data.

As more people began arriving the venue, he quietly went to the boot of his car to bring out the big ram he came with for sale! It was heavy, massive and unapproachable. As people gathered to look at this horrible sight, he brought out a microphone to address the crowd should they want to know how the big ram came about!

Apparently, he had came a long way just to sell the ram where his Uncle's eyes will not reach...

On getting to the city, he found out that the bag he came back with looked exactly like the one he went into the station with but it wasn't it. It was an exhibit and he had left his trap behind! That exhibit contained a precious metal that could land the actual owner in prison if tendered as an evidence in court! Imiano couldn't fathom how it all happened but he believed his spirits could swell up in joy should his twin brother get up on his feet again! So, he swung into action.


Within 7 working days, Ikenna was transfered to a new facility and delivered from the shackles of death! That news broke the internet as nobody with such a terrible ailment had been cured in the whole of Anambra State before. Seeing that his healing attracted more customers to them, the hospital decided to compensate him with a highlander jeep as he was leaving the private facility. Imiano on the other hand, battled with the encroaching spirits of Anim that were besieging him day and night for breaching their dark protocols. So, he nearly ran mad but his mother sent them a timely warning and he was sent to a prayer house in Awka.

After the deliverance prayer marathon, Imiano got healed and Anim was beaten back to the village in shame. THE END!!

As at that time, Chiege the daughter of a fisherman had been delivered of a bouncing baby boy for her husband, Kwechiri in the nearby Ekenga village while Anim was nowhere to be found as he was said to have disappeared into the the thin air as his quest for more mysterious powers, fame and recognition continued! When Imiano got to the village in search of money, a lot of people couldn't recognize him anymore. In fact, a lot of the people who were disappointed at how reckless and insensitive their King and his cabinet of elders were were already planning to have a divided kingdom just to save themselves from hunger, emancipation and uncertainty but the only problem they had was a brave heart to lead them and Imiano was never a rebel.

So, on getting to the village, Imiano confided in one of his friends from the childhood days on why he was there but that one laughed him to scorn noting that people go to the city in search of money! Not coming back to the village. Oyeama actually was an enemy within and never wanted anything good for the Rock Twins because he thought they would drag Chiege with him since everybody was fond of them but he couldn't do anything when Kwechiri took her away because the mere mention of Anim spends a deep sense of loss down his alimentary canal. Somehow, he found a way to reunite with the juju twins and became their informant. In return, they taught him how to get anything, any woman and to anywhere he wanted without being stopped! This gave him a sense of superiority that he once forgot that he was a human being.

One day, Imiano went in search of treasures that could make one suddenly rich if found but he was unlucky in the whole of Nimo town and as he was about to give up after two more days' search, he remembered the boundary. Without telling his mother and her sister who were discussing as they cooked Egusi soup with pounded yam in front of the house, he went with speed. On getting there, he located the exact spot where the trap caught his father 9 years ago and a stream of hot tears rushed down his cheek. For a moment, he uttered a silent prayer and left. Unknown to him, spirits stationed by Anim at the boundary were watching him.

Of a truth, Anim could not let go of the trap he had set there many years ago and had vowed to reclaim it by all means! The reason is because, he stole it from the ancient museum and it was rumoured to have a mysterious power and some hidden gems attached to it but no one knew this for sure. In his subconscious mind, he knew someone was there but he saw Imiano as a minor threat.

On getting home, Imiano saw two elders waiting for him and he offered them a chair. After all pleasantries had been exchanged, they went on to say why they were there. Actually, Okonta Ajagba and Mazi Ikofia Chuwu had come to seek his advice on their mission to overthrow the king as they were aware he had the seed of his father's wisdom in him. He received them warmly and promised to get back to them after three days as he needed to consult the good spirits in his head in order to come to a lighter version of their reality. So, they left in high spirits. When they were gone, Imiano discussed the matter with his mother in her hut at night and she advised him to leave the village unnoticed in order to avoid being drawn into a coup d'etat that was bound to fail and he agreed.

As he was leaving the following day, he has the mysterious trap with him but he had not known what exactly to do with it as he was only following his instincts. Trained in the various acts of war in various realms, Anim could manipulate people to fight his opponent while he was away! So, Imiano faced stiff opposition on his way to the city as he was treated as a suspect. In fact, a local vigilante group along Amawbia by-pass arrested him and took him to their station having accused him of being a bomb maker for a local militia group in the region but be denied it all. On further investigations, they found out that an uncommon wisdom flowed through his speech. So, they retained him for their own good.

Having put him in a better condition, they asked his opinion on a major crime case they had been handling for the past 2 years with any inch of success and he drew the map of Ovuluta for them. This map brings into consideration anything that could have happened, might happen, will happen and has happened and also detailed the places and people intertwined in the whole process of solving the case and within 3 days, the culprit was captured and he was the least expected one as he had been a Philanthropist in the town! They couldn't air the findings as it was very shameful. In return, they saluted Imiano and let him go.

Imiano and Ikenna were twin boys born to Odeke Felix and Amira Odeke of a sacred kindred in Achua village of Nimo town. They grew up to know God and people knew them as No Go Area because you can't venture into their circle and go unhurt if you temper with their integrity.

As they grew up, they were called the Rocky Twins because their father was proud of them as they cultivated well, swept well and slept calmly without focusing on the chaos in the world. One day, these two boys got a brand new set of enemies for themselves and these were more brutal and unpredictable. The set of twins from another ghetto were called Kwechiri and Anim. Kwechiri specializes in gossip while Anim was addicted to testing different weapons one after the other. In fact, he was once called an Alien by his classmates and he gave them a hot chase.

One day, he told his brother a story titled the yellow tooth of a strange Alien and that one was marveled. Of a truth, Anim was gifted in storytelling but most of the stories he told were the evil things he had plotted against people. So, a lot of people distanced themselves from the juju twins which they were known as.

At the age of 13, Imiano went to his grandmother's place at another town and spent five days there but within that five days, Ikenna had fallen sick twice because he didn't see the Imiano. Imiano on the other hand was strong and healthy because he enjoyed the company of nature. On getting to know this, their parents went to retrieve Imiano from where he was! That was when they ran into a rat set by Anim at the boundary and their father was the worst hit. At first, everybody in the locality denied ever knowing who owned the trap because it caught the leg of a human being instead of an Antelope. So, one day, Imiano's Uncle took the heavily guarded metal to the market to sell it in order to raise fund for his brother's treatment as they had taken the iron home but Anim confronted him in the market and offered him a piece of land at the unclaimed savannah if he could give him back the trap as it was one of his major sources of livelihood. This exposed the owner of the trap but the argument was fierce.

So, Uncle Pat Odeke sent a messenger to Felix who was at the healing home to get his consent to swap the deadly trap with a piece of land at the unclaimed savannah but it was a futile effort as the weak man fainted on hearing the name of the person behind his harsh ordeal. In the whole of the locality, no one dared to argue with the juju twins as their father supported them in every evil they did! So, in order not to put his two boys in harm's way, he told his brother to end the argument as quick as possible. On hearing how tense Felix was, Pat handed over the iron and its strings to the tattered boy without collecting anything but on getting to a major junction called Otuaga in the village, Imiano accosted him and snatched the bag of weapon from him! That was where the race started.

A lot of people knew Imiano as a peaceful person but he vowed to Ikenna that he would sooner or later, find the whip behind his father's tears. So, when he saw that bag of weapons, he couldn't let go. When Anim was tired of looking for him, he left for his own village to reinforce while Imiano came out from his hiding place at exactly 6:05PM that Tuesday and went home.

One fateful Saturday, Kwechiri and his brother together with some elders came to look for Imiano in his father's compound to retrieve the so-called weapon of mass destruction but they were met with a huge resistance as they met Imiano in huge tears bemoaning himself for their great loss. So, they turned around to console them. When Imiano's mother saw Kwechiri's mother, she recognized him but she couldn't fathom how they managed to know each other. In order to avoid distracting the mourners, Kwechiri and his newly found love exchanged glances at intervals without making noise. Yes, she was the daughter of a fisherman in the neighborhood! She was beautiful and even Imiano desired her but he believed a soldier shouldn't mix things up! She was so beautiful that her father had to protect her all the time by shouting away potential suitors. Of a truth, Kwechiri was not one of them but it was hoped that he might change soon.

Many years after this incident, Imiano had gained more knowledge dangerous enough to make him a submarine operator or a crew member on a mission to the Moon but he was still an ardent lover of God but he was not satisfied with the way some Christians in the country preached the gospel as though, it was a do or die affair. At most, he believed it shouldn't be reduced to the point of being seen as a mere emotional story for the poor!

"For crying out loud, Christ lived and walked on the surface of this same Earth but he was never found in an act of violence!" He once said.

At a point, Ikenna was down with an incurable illness and he confided in the Imiano that he might not make it out alive should a fake doctor attended to him. Because they didn't have much money, they decided to treat the ailment in an undisclosed hospital but on hearing this, Imiano had a rethink and promised to take him to a world-class facility for better treatment even if it was going to cost him all that he had. As he was saying this, he didn't know where the money would come from but he rarely made promises! So, whichever one he made, he tried to fulfil it.

Poor me! After boasting to my Uncle that I will sell 400Gb in 2days, I am yet to sell 20Gb.

Today, I stand to lose all that I have worked for! Not that it's worth it but for the fact that it took me time, it happens to be a thing of joy, regrets and uncertainties! Do you know why? It is because those knew I was into the deal are expecting a great testimony from me but here I am wishing I could turn back the hands of the clock to say that I am sorry for even starting in the first place but now, I believe there is hope.

I don't think that Nigerians are ready to hear any more motivational speech nor are there people out there who are willing to give one because it seems the atrocities of the cabals have been exposed. As expected, nobody is talking about it. So, let's wallow in our own created mirage and hopelessness knowing that in 2027, a lot of people will still be voting what put us into what we are now because it seems we have mastered self-pity.

So, if you are out there wondering what Nigeria is turning into, I want to tell you that it's not a new thing! We live in a country where people belittle their neighbours, talk to people anyhow and make assumptions about people based on colour, language or religious infiltration all in a bid to appear better but deep down, they blame politicians for everything.

Politicians are not the worst people on Earth but they deserve what they are getting because all eyes is on them! That said, I want to say that I am sorry for not being able to tell you whether it's gonna rain today or not but in the meanwhile, I can vividly tell you that if you can let peace reign, you won't regret it on the long run.

Ladies and gentlemen, things have turned upside down and people sure know how to laugh while doing the wrong thing! We won't say we don't know the way, we simply don't want to follow it. Do you know why? It's because there are intelligent brains in Nigeria and if we want to fix it we can but in a situation whereby everybody has equal rights and access to opportunities, the rich will not be respected any longer! So, they know what they are doing.

However you want to take this message do but remember it's not a poem. So, while you are critically thinking, remember there are positions up there for Engineers, Marketers, Cleaners, Pastors, Imans, Businessmen and Businesswomen, Lawyers etc and not just for Politicians! So, do your best and leave the rest for God.
