this could be a case of poor technical know how.
the Nig military has bought unmanned aerial vehicles or drones they don't have d expertise to handle. d aerial machine simply detected large gathering of people around its coordinates and thus released fire. this is a shame on our military upon all d foreign trainings, I know for sure some innocent officers will go down for this.
