I think you are somehow wrong in your analysis. Endsars protest was quite peaceful, until gen Buhari sent the military to disperse the protesters at lekki tollgate with maximum force. What happened thereafter you know. While the case of capitol was violent, destruction and looting. the law enforcement agencies needed to quell this immediately, hence the use of brutal approach.
However, I am not in support of massacre, just looking at the different scenario you will know that they are not the same. The demonstrators are mainly in support of the president, who is also the head of govt agencies in charge of security.

PoliticsRe: Cardinal Onaiyekan: Nigerians Will Be Happy To Have A Government They Trust by schoolmaster: 10:01am On Dec 26, 2020
blacknp:
Rubbish statement from a Hypocrite, there are three tiers of Government pursuant to the Constitution of 1999 as Amended, Federal, State, & Local Government, Which President Buhari has no jurisdiction whatsoever over? Pastor are you blaming President Buhari for the incompetence of the States, & Local Government, or don’t you understand the Democrazy we practice in Nigeria?
Mr Black, why are you so pained when anyone criticises gen Buhari, are you paid to do this or what? So many Nigerians have lost confidence in this administration there is no doubt about this . It is important that you check that your so called 1999 constitution as amended and find out who is the head of govt. The Cardinal was referring to Nigeria in general and not a particular state and the buck stops on desk of the c in c. He even blamed all working in this administration. "Here, everybody needs to do an examination of conscience. I will throw the ball back, not only to President Buhari himself but all those who are with him running the affairs of this nation.” Which means the gov, legislators, ministers etc. My brother please throw away sentiment and approach issues in a realistic manner, thanks.

This bigotic old fool is at it again. When OBJ and GEJ were at the seat of power he never protested the extremely lopsided appointments of their governments but rather enjoyed the isolation of his Northern brethren because of religious bigotry.
I categorically challenge anybody who can prove to me beyond reasonable doubt that PMB isn't more fair than the previous Presidents of the last 21yrs. There was never any meaningful appointment of Northern extraction but below is the prove of PMB's full appointment designation from 2016 to date:

Mr coronavirus, why are you so bias in your analysis even when facts and figures are there in the public domain. Are these all the appointments made by gen Buhari? You need to research deeper and start the service chiefs, security apparatus, perm secs, directors and his kitchen cabinets before we can take you seriously. Then you also make a vivid comparison with other administrations.

Ordinary visa ban is too trivial to stop a desperate Nigerian politician from grabbing power & getting his hands in the public treasury.
Is the US the only country on earth?

God bless President Buhari for giving us the freest, fairest, most peaceful & transparent election since return to democracy.

Congratulations to Obaseki & the PDP.

Truly Edo is not Lagos.
visa ban is not too trivial for Nigeria politicians. Most of these politicians have their businesses in America and Europe and also medical tourism. Also remember that not all of them are seeking for the gov position. No doubt kudos to Mr President, but the visa ban is a major factor.

My dear Femi, you speak like this because you are a member this govt, otherwise... It is obvious that there are some notable achievements by this administration. But the obvious truth is that it's failed areas quite out weighs its achievements, hence the negative comments. Personally, any time I travel on Nigerian roads I curse the govt and wished I was not a Nigerian. Uncle Femi, pls stop attacking critics and keep working.
