Muyesky, show us the final picture of your bungalow. |

Too late in my case. Had to use block when I could not find bricks. By the way, do you only deliver to Lagos, or could you have delivered to Ibadan as well? |
Hey Muyesky, What is average cost of electrical wiring of a whole bungalow? |
Muyesky: Its along kudirat Abiola way, ikeja. Not too far from the old christ embassy. You can't miss it.Bros, thanks a lot. I got a good quote from the Omi Adio Clay bricks factory in Ibadan. |
Muyesky: I only know the one in Lagos sir and not too sure about Ibadan.Kindly provide their website and contacts. Thanks.Schynam: |
Muyeski, Do you know and can you recommend a place to purchase clay bricks in Ibadan? Or does anyone else know where to get them? |
Any of you know where to purchase clay bricks in Ibadan? |
whirlwind7: Building with red bricks, or combining them with conventional blocks is something i have always wanted. Here's a picture i got from a thread on Nairaland. They give a cool and unique appearance to houses. If actually they are cheaper than conventional bricks, i wonder why they have not gained a wider acceptance in Nigeria.I need someone to help with a local clay bricks seller in Ibadan for a project. |
swiftycool: Here are some pics, using laterite bricksWhy does he house look like it's about sinking? |
So anyone has an idea where to purchase clay bricks in Ibadan, Oyo State? |
Muyesky, Well done! You have done a great job and educating others as you go. God Bless!! |
Ross Ike, come back home. You know where!! |
ihebrooke: Which design exactly? This one: https://www.nairaland.com/attachments/252187_4_bedroom_jpg6d8916aa109eabd157725570fa0d370f I emailed you on another design as well. |
spyder880: There has been 3 members from the list that sent a mail to the project mail address who had accepted their nominations to be part of the committee of 5. They are; What is this committee constituted for? |
Muyesky: In doing the proper estimate of a building, certain things aree always overlooked but when you sum them together, they tend to matter a lot financially.Yes thanks. I was thinking of Ojagba as "Snatching". Like Area Boys fees or something. I guess Ojaagba would do. |
mufutau55: Good advise at that. Metal doors inside is like prison.. we are already inprisoned with those iron window guards and entrance/exit metal doors.. If the security in Nigeria is still as good as when I was living in Nigeria, we shouldn't even be needing all those prison guards and doors. Good advise Muyesky. You have to be kidding me. What security? |
We does disregard proffessional fees in charges hence affordable
What does this mean? |
I need affordable bungalow house designs/plans. All en-suite(Whatever that means). |
Congrats. But what are some of the things you listed in your receipts? Schnapps? Ojagba? Family? |
