The problem is that if individuals enter to make food for themselves, then the food does not last as long. And not everyone knows how to cook for many people at a time.. That’s why they are reluctant to engage..

They can cook in clusters like previous seasons. They are already in cliques anyway ....so they should cook along Clique lines.

You also cannot abruptly pull out an integral part of any structure and expect it not to crumble.

Pere acted rashly and without proper thought. If he was as smart as you guys like to rave here, he would have known that to remove WhiteMoney, would have required tact. He could have eased him out of that role, with little changes, but he did not.

Every structure has transitions for a reason, but Pere just removed and expected everyone to deal with it. Did he go to each housemate and try to learn of their individual needs? Did he ask Cross with the multiple allergies about his issues? Did he meet WhiteMoney and ask how he cooks for this many people? What research did he do, before he decided removing WhiteMoney was best? He had two days to do proper groundwork, and he wasted it with scheming.

Na the same way Buhari dey behave, just acting without thought or tact because you think you are in a position to deal with people. A very autocratic and dictatorial behavior, that should never be applauded by civilised people with proper knowledge on structures and power.

Pere's poor thought process is the reason why this thing blew up in his face. Next time, another person will think better on how to handle something so technical.

It means u rbpretending not to have watched the show....there was replacement....a team of five was asked to take over with Angel anchoring. Now it is normal for there to be teething problems when there is a transition to a new process....but for u to speak that there was no transition is a total lie.....whitemoney was allowed to cook the meal that same evening and we saw the team speak to him on tips.

Now that there are issues with the new process does not make it wrong. Speaking on research, which research did those in other seasons do before finding a working process for themselves. Which research did WM do? Is cross mot an adult to approach the new people in charge to note his exceptions to them?
