You don't need to lick ass to behave in a civil manner and give basic respect to people just cause they are human, irrespective of their social class or wealth status. The greatest or wealthiest people on earth achieved that majorly due to their ability to channel relationships to their favour. Emotional Intelligence. Understanding how to get people to do your bidding through influence and not by demanding it.

If you want respect, you treat people with respect and stay within the boundaries set by others , you don't speak carelessly just cause you think you can....naturally people will respect your person and wont be able to disrespect you. Now not cause u are demanding the respect from them but cause you have earned it.
