Some school have latest resumption date and you have to travel before that date. If you don't have a latest resumption date, you have to travel before your resumption date.
You can also ask the school to extend your resumption date and ensure you have the letter at hand as you might be bounced from the airport.

Seeing people receiving mails here and there made me worry.. and I didn't even receive any mail until this morning when a mail entered from TLS stating that my passport is ready for collection. That's all

Omo there is no free date till the end of the month, they are either flexi, premium or prime time and the prices have been doubled!
