Go to a Government owned hospital, that's wgere you'll find specialists. You will not be doing your wife any good seeking advices here. True, there might be doctors who would probably see the post and suggest what can be done, but a true doctor would know Physical examination on your wife is KEY before they come to any conclusion.

Take your wife. Walk into a hospital. Buy a card. See a doctor. They are experts in this sorts of things. They'd be able to give you expert opinion.
