Impressive academic qualifications, ma! Congratulations on acquiring them. I'd advice you apply for jobs in the institutions in your state of origin. Your state should most likely have a Federal and State University, or a college of education. And no matter how much you've applied, please, do not give up hope, especially since you believe lecturing is your dream. I personally know someone who just resumed a lecturing job in a Federal University in June. He had applied to the same institution 8 times in the last two years. He was dropping the application letters every 4 months or so. Do not give up hope! 3 Likes |

This friend of yours is obviously going to be given goods worth in excess of 10 million naira. Asking you to drop the original of your certificate is some sort of collateral for the company. These days, guarantors hardly comply. The only reason the certificate will be returned is if the person completely zeros his account at the point of exit from the company. If this friend of yours intend to do that, he can go ahead. If he already has doubts, he better hold on to the certificate and rejects the job. Fidson Pharmaceutical, Greenlife, Seagreen and Embassy pharmaceuticals, these are companies I know that requires you to drop off your B. Pharm or any other certificates before you resume duties. Many others are now following that route. About the legality of this, I don't even know. Anyways, think well before you do. 4 Likes |
