Your explanations of making a deposit of N1m really doesn't make sense to me cos you seem to have mumbled your statements that I can hardly make any sense out of it, however just so you know. That is not the way Nairaland operates. You go inspect an advertised car, do all your test driving and you can even bring your mechanic if you like, if all is ok by you, you pay full amount by whatever means you and the seller agrees and you drive the car away no stress. All these talk about depositing then inspecting for two weeks really doesn't cut it. Since you know the car sells for N1.7m in Cotonou, why then are you pricing it for N1.6m? Seems you too don't know the worth of what you're pricing ![]() |
If you must advertise on nairaland then you have to follow the rules. @Promise72 has told you what to do, more pics of all interiors, exterior and engine. You also need to include the VIN number and state the model year and if it was Tin Can cleared or Cotonou. Anything short of that is not acceptable to Nairalanders. People are serious here and nobody is going to jump into his car to drive down to see a car that is not worth seeing in the first place. So my friend, do the needful if you want serious buyers to bid on this car. ![]() |
travelxpat:Simply put, you don't have the N1.6m you're offering but trying to tie the car down for the next two weeks or even more just to rob somebody who has N1.45m to pay straight away and the seller can trade with his money and probably make over N150K in the next two weeks you intend for him to hold the car down for you, Hmmnnnn! I wonder if you've heard the popular saying about cutting your coat according to your size (these days people call it material, because if you're on the fat side and you have just five yards for "Danshiki", it just might not be enough!!!!) Anyways, I leave the seller to decide which one suits him best. ![]() |
It's not a question of wether the car will give wahala or not. the fact remains it has to be serviced from time to time, and the availability of spare parts is another issue. |
pictures of the two doors on the driver's side up to the trunk |
ok N1.45m ![]() |
For bidding to start ![]() |
Remember that this is a 2000 Model vehicle and Mazda is not that popular. For one I don't even know a good Mazda mechanic around. |
It's this cheap because it's naija used. |
So how much last for this one now? |
More pics please |
Watching and waiting ![]() |
N1.4m, what do you say? |
Where is this car located? Offering N1m |
N1.35 then, |

190:Fear catch me too oh! Some people just dey call price like sey poeple dey pick money for street |
Thanks for the compliments, wishing you all the best with the sales. Oya Nairalanders the floor is open now oh! ![]() |
A few things are not clear in ur post. Is it a 1 lady owner in Nigeria or NewXXXX ??. If it is a fresh Tokunbo, was it Tin Can Cleared or is it still even in NewXXXXXX. Pls be more precise in ur post so people will know what they're bargaining for. |
Do you mean never been used in Nigeria before? Because I can't see any plate number on it. Let's know which is which before we start the bidding. ![]() |
That shouldn't make you unwilling to continue with the sale. Just advice the lady (owner) appropriately and see if she can reduce her price for the car. Corrolla 2008 Model is a very good car by all standards and just like you've said, people are bound to be interested. All the best with the sale my guy. |
@Pak You've suddenly gone quiet on this ride after accusing me of not having facts before I post. I guess the attached file has proven who needs to get his facts right No offence taken, but you too should try and verify when you see posts like this before you jump into conclusions. All the best my guy! |
The passenger air bag looks as if it's been deployed before ? |
May be you need to review ur price downwards a bit bro! |
[quote author=Aloy.Emeka link=topic=272541.msg3874261#msg3874261 date=1242417068]Lol, this is not a machine. It's just a toyota corrolla with 4 cylinder engine and about 1.6 liter engine. @190 Click this link http://www.toyotanigeria.com/dealerlocator.html then select which state you're based in, it will show you a list of all the Toyota dealers in that state. Looks like you live in Benin, Elizade is not in Benin city but they're in Lagos http://www.toyotanigeria.com/dealer.asp?s=Lagos and Abuja http://www.toyotanigeria.com/dealer.asp?s=Abuja%20(FCT) . You'll get all the info you need my guy. I'm seriously thinking of the Avanza or Corrolla myself, make man step up to "tear-rubber" levels my brother. Peace! |
Well I'm not a car dealer, I only pointed you to the ones I saw advertised here on nairaland. At least i don try ke! ![]() |
If you want to step up a bit, try this one https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-270860.0.html#msg3870306, or better still kuku go buy brand new 2008 Model for Elizade for N2.65m. That depends on your power sha o! ![]() |
Check this one out wether you go like am, but you'll have to increase your budget considerably. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-272266.0.html |
Show us more pics of all the sides, engine, boot and interiors. The three pics you have here is not enough to make one put down N1.5m just like that oh! ![]() |
noah4u4me:What he meant was that with God and luck on ur side, anything is possible. But he go hard small with ur budget! |
