I will advise you to withdraw via PayPal in the interim. Use an exchanger if you don't have a US PayPal account ( you can always modify your PayPal email later), and when your Payoneer card is available, you then link it to your Fiverr account and withdraw to it subsequently.

Bruh I already linked my payoneer account with my fiverr but I haven't gotten the card yet, how would I do my withdrawal from normal fiverr PayPal now? Is it still possible?
