If i can answer this i would say most people over here are just ignorant. Before the internet came they taught we live on trees and all. Imagine this Chinese guy at my school saying "Can i call you Africa?" and i was like "Can i call you asia?".

Well you can't blame them, you should blame the media they've painted Africa black and ignored valuable information.

The one that makes me mad is when they ask you "can you speak African?" or say "i'd love to travel to Africa" and am like wtf Africa is a continent with 54 countries you need to be more specific.
Start calling him Jackie Chan and see how he likes it. Ignorant people

Can someone give me a sincere information on how to get the Australian Visa and things I need to know about traveling to Australia?

NB: I don't intend to study in Australia, job/business is my target.

Thanks in anticipation for your genuine information and ideas.
Study visa is your best bet of entering Australia. Unless you have a lot of money then you can opt for business visa. Cheers

Good evening fam. Please I wanna know if a fixed deposit of 8 million naira would be good enough for SOA that is after paying for part of the school feels and others? Sponsor is my uncle's wife and ready ready to back it up with her salary account and also affidavit of sponsorship. I'd like to know if there could be a red flag as regards to my case during visa application.
Please any answer to my questions would be appreciated.

That's very funny. Because of 250 naira stamped letter with flimsy evidences ?

How will it fly when it contravenes most requirements required for sppnsorship.

I will advise you to repackage again and not waste this chance

My advice though

Please could you clarify better on this as regards to my case? Is it that my uncle's wife can't be my sponsor or that her finances can't be backed up?

Well spoken! On what ground did I encourage other to use fake documents. I have all my documents genuine and confirmed including bank statements worth of 25 million sitting there. The whole mess was from agent cos all corresponding information is being sent to him. Fine the DIBP email him for my employment letter and he's suppose to bring to my awareness then I'll get it solve as I work in a private company. But all he did is take decision to make forge of his hoping they won't verify it. Unknowingly the sent a rep to visit there and I don't even know which company he used until he got another mail asking for comment about the non genuine documents. House, I'm only sharing my experience for others to learn and avoid anything bogus so as not to fall victim. That's all! God help us all as we journey in life.... One Love
You could try schengen countries too brother or USA. Now you know using an agent causes more harm than good unless it's the one assigned by the embassy. Good luck in your future endeavors and I promise you'd laugh last.

It doesn't matter where you pay your fee from.

It seems you not linking these properly.

You mentioning payslips means the sponsor is employed.

1) why you not attaching the salary account of the sponsor to show his salary ?
The salary account does not have enough funds in it as it stands but I would sure advise her to include it for clarity.

2) in whose name is the fixed deposit ?
The fixed deposit is in the name of the sponsor too.

3) what's the relationship between you and the sponsor ?
Sponsor is my uncle's wife. She would include the salary account in the affidavit of support. God bless you abundantly

The major thing you thing to tackle after the soa of 8m is the documentary evidence of the source of that funds and guarantee that more can still come from there while studying to support you.
Yes the person is willing to add pays slips as proof of income in the affidavit.

Cottyekundayo:

About #8 been ok. I think yes. So long it is genuine and it is even after payment of the fees which will definitely reflect on the statement.
About affidavit of sponsor, have you tried Google ? Moreover, i think you can swear that in a court. Just go with your sponsor and I think a passport photograph
It is genuine Alright but the payment of the school won't be from the fixed account. It'd be paid separately but payslips with the company letter head would be attached to prove the genuineness. Would it be a red flag if the fees payment comes from a different account that isn't the account of the SOA?
