I visited a business center yesterday to get some paperwork done to my greatest surprise I saw a very young girl (highest 21years of age) processing noun admission and I was like wtf?. I still can figure out what is stopping her from taking jamb. Most people (especially youths) believe noun is the surest well that's true but believe me one can never compare noun students to those in other university. Noun is a very good initiative but definitely not for people like "her" For now, all most 80% of noun students are half baked please lets be honest and that's why it called "open university" Please let's advise our youth (especially those below 25years) to stay away from now at least for now. emmyvet:If you sister isn't up to 26years if age, help her by convincing her to take jamb again and giver her all the support you can. For now, noun has nothing significant to offer youth believe me. Read the comment above then you'll have idea if what I'm talking about. Get your sister jamb form asap. Admission in state university isn't that competitive compare to federal. EKSU GIVES DEADLINE ON FEES PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION.The management of Ekiti State University has directed all students,both fresh and returning to pay their tuition fees and other charges before the deadline given by the senate of the university.Returning students are to pay up by 16th January,2015 while fresh students are given 23rd January,2015 deadline.The vice chancellor,ProfOladipo Aina who made the position of the university known,stressed that returning students must pay their fees and complete all registration on or before 16th January 2015 while fresh students are to complete all fee payment and registration on or before 23rd January,2015.However,the university stated that any student who for any reason could not complete his or her registration within the stipulated period would enjoy a one-week late registration with a penalty of Five Thousand Naira (#5,000.00) only.After the expiration of the one week late registration period,any student who fails to meet all registration requirements, risks forfeiting of studentship as such student will not be allowed to participate in any academic activity including continuous assessment test scheduled for 19th January 2015, the Vice chancellor stressed.The university welcomes all students back to campus from the Yuletide Holiday and wishes them a peaceful stay on campus.Ajibade OlubunmiDeputy RegistrarInformation And Corporate Affairs.EKSUSU PRESS. |

May God help Nigeria. For sure we need change in our beloved country but surely we can't bank on man. Only God himself in His mercy can change our country. This year is definitely a year of change has many Christians have taken their time to pray for our beloved country Nigeria. Many things baffle me about this "father" how can someone that claims to be a man of God makes such statement? huh? If truly he made such statement then u have to assume he doesn't hear from God. God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is not a God of confusion. For you to be a pastor there most be a place of "waiting & hearing" it's when you wait you hear from God. You're not allowed to speak "anyhow" you must always hear from God before you speak. This same "father" (pastor) once said buhari would change Nigeria. If I may ask "where is the place of God"? is it man that would change Nigeria or God Himself. As a Christian, fornication isn't just an act but it's a spirit one has no renounce such spirit after which one has to make physical effort. Most of us inherited such spirit from our parents some from there neighborhood even some from their friends and if the foundation has not been destroyed, no matter how hard one tries he/she would keep going back to it. Lots of spirit works gave to be done In other to free from fornication, one has to dethrone, renounce, reject, the spirit if fornication in his/her life after which one has start making physical effort (like do away with certain people I'm sure the holy spirit would show you such people you have to do away with. Do away with certain movie the holy spirit would show you such movies) Those that formulates not only are they selling themselves but they are also selling their generation and that's the reason many if us keep doing one thing or the others and within us with don't like it and we wish to stop but we find it very difficult to stop the reason is because our flathers have sold us into one thing or the other without them knowing the foundation has to be destroyed before making conscious leffort to stop the art. Happy new year I pray this year shall be a fruitful for both in spiritual things and that of the physical. OP in regards to your question, first and foremost I don't know what you mean by "born again Christian) Lets get it straight it either you're a Christian or not and before you can call yourself a Christian you most have received Christ and your personal Lord and saviour (being born again) Also I wish to bring it to our notice that Christianity is not a religion rather Christianity is a way of life. You going to church every Sunday, giving of offering and paying of tithes do not make you a Christian. For you to call yourself a Christian you most have personal relationship with the Lord for the fact that father pastors a church doesn't make you a Christian please take note Now to your question regarding deliverance. You being a Christian, deliverance is a continuous process. Has the Lord begins to open our eyes to see. You might be having a particular spirit in you and you and has the Lord shows you then you're been delivered from it. Not until a pastor lays hand on you and you start rolling on the floor that you're been delivered. Deliverance can take place when you are been prayed for even with your eyes opened provided you're able to flow in the spirit with the pastor. There's are over millions of spirit that we can be delivered from as we walk in the Lord He will begin to show us the areas will need to be delivered. Hope I'm able your pass a message. Shalom |

More than 100 suspected Nigerian Islamic sect Boko Haram militants were killed and over 200 arrested during an operation conducted by Cameroonian army on Friday night in Far-North Region of Cameroon, an army source told Xinhua over phone Saturday. The operation took place in Doble, a place in Far-North Region bordering Nigeria, and was conducted by Cameroon Air Force and Rapid Intervention Battalion, an elite army unit stationing in the north. During the operation, three Cameroonian air force pilots were seriously injured, the source said. In the same night, 23 Cameroonian civilians were killed and a village was burned by suspected Boko Haram militants in Mozogo, a place in Far-North Region. The suspected Boko Haram militants are active in the north of Cameroon, they often attack the villages in the area, pillaging properties of the villagers and sometimes taking foreign and local people as hostages. The Cameroonian government has strengthened the military might this year by sending more troops in the north to fight against the militants. |

I haven't had d opportunity to know ao Statistics in oda schools is being run. Lemme bring dis to ur notice, if u re ready to study, withstand stress, frustrations and d likes. Then u r gud to go. I don't mean to scare u but studying Statistics in Eksu isn't for feeble-minded. The kind of study I mean goes beyond wat u'll be taught in class. Try get conversant with each lecturer's method. Prof Adeleke's different from Dr Ogunwale. Dr Halid doesn't lecture like Mr Akinyemi. Mrs Olubiyi and Mr Faweya's courses are kinda related buh d methodologies are different. And Mr Ogunsakin is anoda character u have to get used to. They are all wonderful porters in their different ways...................Pls! Pls!! Pls!!! Forget social activities and focus squarely. Don't ever boycott tutorials. Goodluck!!!
