House, paypal has come again and I think this time I'm definitely done for good with them, after I get this sorted out I think paypal is not for me.. so I had a new paypal USA account with new USA number and Payoneer cc attached to it, I thought everything will be fine and obviously I would be able to send out without issues. The first guy that I did his Upwork withdrawal, I paid him because I didn't have any issues and I had small money on him and since it was from Upwork, no issues. Another guy transferred $40 to me of which I told him I will pay him when I sell out, he agreed. Then this guy came inbox me that he wants to do withdrawal from iWriter of around $44. Please note that I have done withdrawal for him more than once and we have been good so I thought we have trust and friendlyness...when he said that he wants to do withdrawal, I explained to him that this is a new account and I'm afraid that after I receive, I won't be able to send out that I doubt that might happen because it's a new account with a new number and new Payoneer card so I don't think. I didn't guarantee him. I said I will only pay you once I've sent the money out of which it might not pass the next day, I said the next day because I would have to find buyers and sellers out... Now the total in my account was $124.3 and I was looking for buyer and Otradearena wanted to buy, we agreed on rate and I tried to transfer to him and boom I get the error of "We can't send your payment right now, try again another time". I'm not understanding, this is a completely different account. Has paypal red flagged me completely?? I tried to send smaller amounts, I even tried sending as GnS, even tried eBay checkout, none Worked.... I was trying to figure out through out the whole day but no success, at one point I was thinking maybe I should sell the account, take my losses and pay the people..
Now easy for me, the guy with $40, I could easily click on refund and his money transferred back. But Sangresan with $44 iWriter withdrawal does now have that luck so I'm put in one spot. He messaged me for his money in the evening and I explained all that has happened to me and this is not my fault. I pleaded with him to bear with me and give me time to fix this whole thing. He started shouting and demanding his money and I was telling him that I told you in the morning of our agreement and he said he doesn't care that it's not his business. He was saying I'm profiting from his efforts and hardwork, please OGA how?? That I'm a scammer and a fraud. In my mind I was like I have done with withdrawal for this guy more than once so trust is there and it won't be an issue to give me time to fix. Little did I know the guy only cared about himself... I was trying to tell him that if this paypal was sent from an account, don't you think that I would have clicked refund and he keep his wahala and money?? He said that is not his business, he wants his money full.... I had only Small money with me and I remembered one time in the thread that if you encounter issues, either ask for more the or at least pay the client something and ask for more time... Funlord The issue on ground is for the seller "Sangresan" to understand that he already agreed with the buyer "ucosuagwu" that he will be paid after the PayPal funds has sent out (check the bolded). The truth is that we doing PayPal withdrawal go through lots of hassles underG, without sellers knowing, but it's part of the risks we signed for, however, sellers should also be considerate at times. Sangresan, excersice patience, my 4 PayPal accounts has refused to send out too since yesterday. However, I think PayPal is doing tight close marking on VPN enhanced accounts. Traders be careful, dont pressurize your accounts to send out or you dance to the tune of limitations. Free the account for 48 hours, dont log in. Then, you can try sending out again. One, we have only traded 2 times and I never trusted you....That's why I always insisted on escrow but just because I was very busy yesterday which I told you about. Two, your story doesn't add up...You don't call for people to send funds into an account you aren't sure of...This is people money not your own...The best you could have done, if you're honest, was to pay someone to send a small fund like $10 into the account and test it with it...You don't use people funds to perform idiotic experiments and start making stupid excuses. Your account wasn't even limited which would have been a reasonable excuse. I have lost money and clients due to limited PayPal account issues too. Remember how you were so hysterical and even sent a voice note to plead that you needed that $44 to add into your little fund and sell quickly within a day. Three, this isn't a big fund you can't afford on your own and later resolve your problem by yourself... If you can't afford ordinary #13,000, then why are you in this business in the first place?.... Why should I wait for weeks to see if your account will be enabled to send funds or not?... The depositor can call the police and report the case as fraud. Simple. Police will check for records and investigate. Takes few hours. They will then immediately get a court injunction and place the account on hold and instruct the bank to refund the money. The $2,500 will be paid to the Police and bank gets it back from the customer. Entire process can be completed in 2-3 days. ucosuagwu:

Hmmn!!!! 9ja my country. So because ur case has been resolved (congrats by the way) , all evidences/information about what transpired should be erased. In so doing, how do you want others to read, learn and avoid falling victims in future? While I may hv no problem with them being removed from the scammers list, I do object (though my objection may not count for much) that all the important posts should be deleted/edited by both parties or the mods. We should learn to be our unknown brothers keepers and be less selfish.
