@samuellk first go to data comm and change ur apn to internet.ng.celtel.com,after that go to internet settings-internet profiles and select NO for the use proxy option.If it doesn't work,it means you can't browse using internet settings.

Your settings disappeared over the air thats why u didn't see it.

I know that settings sent OTA can't be edited but he can create a personal configuration for it.

I requested for the settings and they replied instantly but when i switched off the phone and then switched it on again,the G signal didn't appear,i guess its only for getting settings and not for activating sim

Tope since ur sim browses free with ur sis phone,it should be able to do the same with urs.
