Remember that Adam and Eve didn't know the difference between good and evil, and God then instructed them not to eat the forbidden fruit, how would they know that disobeying God was bad in the first place. They didn't even know what to disobey was, since that would be knowing what was good and evil. And if God knew everything then he knew that Adam and Eve would eat the fruit when he created them, so why did he punish them when they neither knew good nor evil and when he knew fully well they would disobey him. Theist should think before giving an answer.
