This was a very serious issue today around ikotun area, Lagos. It actually happened in ijegun rd, ikotun. The commissioner of police was in ikotun police station this morning and was there for his.

It depends on the extent of pastoral work. For instance, a kids/sunday school pastor is more or less free for the entire week save may be sunday and Saturday. They can be gainfully employed over the week without much effect on their calling.

How would somebody working 12 hours a day for 6 out of 7 days be effective on Sunday?
