Hello, good morning. Please I have a few questions about employment when appying for a visa.

1. If I'm employed by a company but I'm not claiming points for that employment, do I still need to include details of the employment in my application?
2. If I'm including details of the employment, would I need to provide more documents, other than an employment reference? given that I am not claiming points for the employment.
