Pls inverter expert i need advice on this Maxi Gel battery... I just bought 2.4KVA mercury and i'm looking for 150AH X 2 battery to use it with.. I hope this Maxi Gel is ok i just need advice. The seller said is a UK manufactured battery.. I want to be sure i'm buying a good battery before i go for it..

@ Trippledots thanks so much for you input.. When i bought the 2000 VA inverter in July 2014 it comes with 100AH Battery X 2 which is 200AH battery and it last me for 6 hours then. I really enjoyed it and i told the seller that i want to increase it to 12 hours and then the seller took the 200AH battery and gave me 400AH battery, it don't have last 5 hours upon the 400AH and i later call the seller and explain to him. He told me maybe the current i'm using to charge the battery is not upto 220 Volt an advice me to get stabilizer and i got this big supermaster stabilizer. Still yet i can't enjoy. Even the inverter is starting to make noise.

@ omotoda so you mean i should get another 400AH battery.

@ baba11 Maybe you are right about the overloading because sometimes my wife will forget to off bumping machine and she will on the Inverter but immediately we notice we will off it. Can that affect the battery also

Nairalanders pls help me, I have 2000VA 24V Inverter with 200AH X 2 battery which is 400AH together, I'm not enjoing this inverter and it can't even last 2 hours on 24 inches TV, 1 ceiling fan and 1 bulb. Pls help me what can i do.. Does it means the inverter or battery is not working anymore I bought them July 2014.
