4. Buyer meets with the Seller’s Bank Manager with Cheque leaflet.

5. Buyer confirms the said $10,000,000.00 and issues confirmed Cheque to the Manager and picks the USD.

6. Seller simultaneously clears the Cheque and pays all Agents and Facilitators according to the Payment Instruction.

End of transaction

BUYER hereby guarantees and agrees to pay the respective recipients the agreed sums to their bank coordinates in a list endorsed by THE FACILITATOR’S according to their various coordinates as stated herein.

If you are truely genuine, go back to your seller and review the procedure.

Because the Letter of Instruction sent to Buyer's Bank is stronger than Mt199 Pre-Advice, it has supposing set aside the required USD as entered by Buyer which his (Buyer's) Bank has acknowledged for the transaction. This procedure is most recently approved by the CBN against the regular reports that Sellers trade with Buyers instruments instead of transacting with them. Ask your AO or Banker it's merits as it's is never an ambush at all
