Science/TechnologyWhat Offences Have Nigerians Committed Against Telecommunication Companies??? by Segdamz(op): 5:49pm On Aug 17, 2016
Telecommunication service providers got me thinking for the past few days. Have you not noticed that for sometimes now airtimes do not last on our various devices anymore and the rate at which it gets exhausted is becoming so alarming and the most disappointing aspect of it all is that they now use own money to pay some so called 'AMBASSADORS'. Even data/subscription don't last anymore. What is going on? My question now is that : Is there no alternative to these things? Why will some 'people' capitalize on situations that are happening to others and use it to enrich their pockets/bank accounts? What is the duty or what are the duties of the almighty NCC in Nigeria?

I think the relevant authorities so look into this closely before it gets out of hand.

FamilyIs It Only Those That Are Barren That Can Adopt A Child In An Orphanage Home by Segdamz(op): 8:07pm On Jul 26, 2016
I have thought over and over about this issue times without number. Is there a law here in Nigeria that guides the adoption of a child in an orphanage home? Is it only those that are barren that can adopt children in orphanage homes? Can parents or individuals with their own wards adopt children from the orphanage home under this law? What is the stand of this present day government on the existence of THE ORPHANAGE HOMES? What measures do these so called orphanage homes take to ensure that the adopted children are not being mistreated in the homes they find themselves?
Lets critically look into these matter!!!

This is a poem...
You were to be my well
But there was little to drink
How am i to slake my thirst
When you taut me like an oasis

You were to be my armor
Yet i still was hurt by our enemy
How am i to survive
When your shield is translucent

You were to be my walls
But you were made of straw
How am i to reside
When your shelter is temporary

You were to be my farmer
But you eclipsed my sun
How am i to thrive in obscurity
When your fertilizer burns my soul

You were to be my concrete
But you were made of mud
How am i to stand on my own
When it is support which you lack

You were to be my bones
But there was no enrichment within
How am i to work with vitality
When it is dust you became

You were to be my well
But there is little to drink
I will never be able to slake my thirst
For you will always be an oasis.

This is my 1st post here on nairaland, so what yhu all got 2 sayhuh

Lucentbeauty:
I feel sad and hurt
When am not appericated
I feel let down
When am ignored
I get mad
When am insulted and abused
I smile and blush
When am complement
I am moved
When I see people suffering
I cry
When my emotions are tampered with
I can feel all this
'Cause am human
And I want to be treated like one.
