Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Oceanic And Huawei Technologies by segunb(m): 5:45pm On Aug 18, 2007
Congrats Chinyjones for the Jobs yu have just gotten, on my opinion it wud greatly depend on yu personally.
1. Yur job at Oceanic is it at the marketing department, IT or where?
2. Huawei is a good place to work if yu need experience and are someone who is self motivated, but i wud tell yu this Huawei has its own downside someone i know as well decided not to cross to Huawei he said they cud be stingy( yu know the Chinese and the sort) how True that is i can't confirm, but if yu know what yu are doing and have a solid backgroud and learn very fast, promotion might come easier at HUAWEI and even if it doesn't come yu wud be good enuf to move to wotever company yu choose, Huawei wud add a very good notch to yur CV.

Also on the side of Oceanic, if its d IT department yu wud be it wudn't be too bad if yu are focused and very self motivated, challenge yur self and think outside the box, read and write certifications such that yu wud be vast in knowledge and skill then move on. Yu cud still reach yu dream company if yu persist and study.

Remember God also shud be yur very good lead, talk to him and find yur future in days -as yu said yu are to resume by monday, if yu can delay till the 1st next month that wud also be fine.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: New Oppourtunity by segunb(m): 12:40pm On Aug 04, 2007
Na wa for evry body in this thread oh, can't yu read btw the lines that the post has been edited by the admin, its part of web policies, so as not to loose memers and as well not to allow spammers clog the sites with info referring them to other sites please Thread poster if yu can be more specific with yur descrition of the job, it wud be more appreciable than re-directing people to yet another site. This site is to help one another, not to redirect members somewhere else. I can't blame Seun - He is only trying to so the necessary.

Poster please if yu are reading this help us repost the description and not a redirection to a website wink

Another 20 Q on English and Verbal aptitude the finally between 5 and 10 Q on current. Cheers all on yur path to success.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Kpmg Interview Tips. I Need Help! by segunb(m): 6:41pm On Jul 14, 2007
@cjlooks congrats man, i did mine today as well in Lagos and there are endless interview Tips on the internet just google for them, i woudn't limit yu by giving yu any specifics, but i can assure yu KPMG wouldn't ask more than those in the Tips. Expect the worst and yu definitely will surpass anything. Don't be scared broda! and boost yur confidence -that would take you through the interview process.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: nothing by segunb(m): 6:37pm On Jul 14, 2007
@pinokio: why yu dey talk like this Sammie is only trying to help people and he specifically said to call him, If he said we shud pay him then we can all crucify him
@obyann: If he posted it on this site Don't yu think he has just complicated things for evryone following from wot pinochio has said, the real life questions would instantly b'km harder.
Abeg Sammie i wud give yu a call but please do well oh, It won't be fair if yu start charging for those questions. I have always followed yur posts they have been absolutely wonderful. Thanx and keep up the good work Broda.

--
The hand that stretches to help the others can never be left wanting. May yu continually receive sammy.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: I Have A First Class But Looking For Job! by segunb(m): 2:20pm On Jun 23, 2007
This is what we are all saying -what is yur name self, yu had a first class in such a wonderful course and yu come to this forum to speak in such manner -Don't get me wrong i mean well for yu and my results ain't bad as well, but man if yu really can go to a Nijja Univ. and come out with a Firstclass in such a course, yu shudn't be speaking as yu just did.
One question thou broda do yu have long term goals? If yu don't i wud ask yu to begin writing them now b'cos even if yu get a Chevvy or Oil Job, yu might not be fulfilled in Life(-not a curse?). WAKE UP! and challenge yurself MAN. yu don't sound like a man who is challenged -don't relax yur struggles has just begun - yu 1st class is just the beginning. Challenge yur self now else be challenged by that very result yu have.
I wish yu the best in yur endeavours.

Career / Re: Cwna & Telecommunications by segunb(m): 7:05pm On May 07, 2007
Hi all am currently studing for the exam as well The fee at Bitraxx lekki is 34k CWSP is also 34k as well, yu really really need to study hard oh b'cos of most exam i have to practise for this one is vast, don't be scared once yu read well get their syllabus and possible dumps, i have some books but it can't be posted on this forum to help. The reason why i said that its vast is b'cos its not familier terrain like just studing for Microsoft exams and we haven't gone far with wireless in Nigeria at least for average Nigerians so yu have to go extra mile fro this exam. Its good for the Telecomm sector and if yu reason in my direction, this shud be the first step towards 3G in Nigeria and WiMax (World Wide Interoperabilty Microwave Access) - In plain English Broadband on Wireless technology, How sweeter can that be. Be wise and Begin as soon as yu can
Note yu can also think in the area of blackberry Technology - So Broda there is market for yu If yu start now.!!!

Good Luck

Hello Mr Seun -wonderful, lovely site yu have up here, its in the sky and wud always remain there. Once again i congratulate yu for a marvelous Job here.
My concern - Most wu come 2 dis site have come to seek for something and for this alone yu shall continually stand on the sholders of Giants b'cos yu have that one thing in surplus in which humans averagely seek for. my kudos. one thing that has too be addressed -some people come to this site to post contents in a manner which i must confess is kinda barberic! people shud learn to ask for thing in a polite manner, he(seun) has this site for a reason, lets not make him regret this.
Men the guy shud be placed in Golden chair. Don't come here and just rush in and say -Hey! Seun am bla, bla, bla, i need a job fast - na so the Job dey fly for sky -find yur talent and show this to the world the Guy has found his its yur turn.
One thing that is certain, the Nigeria we live in now is very, very much different -if yu can't think like an almost Genius -am really sorry for yu boi! Being Intelligent has its huge price and guess wot evryone can be. So also is being polite - we are not talking to bus conductors here.

Seun wot do yu do for a living? if there is any way to help yu with yur work abeg BROOOSsss signify, i dey for here to help yu. My specialty is in Information Technology but my major talent is 'Searching for knowledge'
Expecting to hear from yu boss
