okay sha but that wasn't what I was told by an insider as well. He said they want to appoint/replace the commissioners that left, before they proceed with APL. I asked when this will happen. He said no idea because they are delaying everything. That the commission is in a kind of silent/quiet mode. But still watching.

Who should we bliv now??plus i dnt tink ur insider is legit because replacing commissioners doesnt affect APL...because its already a done deal.
