Nairalanders, i got an email abt 4.00pm (Nig time) yesterday. The subject was USA DEPT OF STATES- PERMANENT CARD FOR, Then it went on, Dear MY NAME, Congratulations, you have won! U were randomly selected for the USA PERM RESIDENTIAL CARD, ALSO KNOWN AS DIVERSITY VISA OR THE GREEN CARD,
The email said i would be sent a letter but that i need to pay only d processing fee of S880 via western union through my country's embassy in the UK before march 25th, I did apply for it somtime ago but cant remember when cos i ve applied for so many things. Pls is this close to being true? Has anyone gotten d same mail? Thanks everyone.

The US DV visa a.k.a visa lottery is something that many Nigerian's crave and hustle for , There are very many questions and unclear points about the process.
i hope we can find ways to help each other through it .

U can go to http://forums.immigration.com for further information and experiences of past winners.
Results can only be checked online from the 1st of May by going to the official dv lottery website as advised by Anfanio in his last post.
