The rate for Ajah,which is under Eti-Osa District Office is 64(for residential units) and 120(for commercial units).However,if ur residential proposal is more than 4units,then the multiplying factor will be 120.
Yes,if there is no layout in area,u will not be given a Building Approval but if the area has a Development Guide,u can be granted.
