RANDOM THOUGHTS IN TRAFFIC
Why person dey struggle to live when person dey live to die?
If I talk se dis country never tire me, I go dey lie
Sometimes, e go be like se make I breakdown and cry
Becos government for naija na big failure as dem no dey try
For three days now, I never see light for my house
Infact person just dey prowl around for darkness like mouse
Well, like most Nigerians I don adapt and now I fit see for dark
For 2009, pipe-borne water & other social amenities still dey lack
With all these things, how Hillary no go paint us black?
Well, all these things no dey new as e don tey wey our yansh dey back
But as things dey go so, shey we go fit achieve vision 2020?
Becos things to do before then still dey plenty-plenty
Before, na Niger Delta militants for south-south dey wreak havoc
But now, na Boko Haram self-styled talibans for north dey run amok
Which time all these kain religious and ethnic crisis go stop?
Becos Naija be like overblown balloon wey go soon go POP!
Infact e dey surprise many se we still dey and never break up.

The poem was titled 'Random Thoughts in Traffic' cos the idea & lines occured to me when I was in a bus and stuck in the terrible Lagos traffic. . .I just brought out my phone, opened Notes and typed it there & then. . .When I got home, I put it on my lapy then dotted the i's & crossed the t's, lol. . .this was shortly after the Boko Haram crisis & Hillary Clinton's state visit to Nigeria which caused so much furore cos of her open, undiplomatic & blatant criticism of the Nigerian Government (Which you'll notice I made reference to in the poem).

Dude. . .A Lizard can never become a Crocodile. Your phone is not meant to replace a pc, geddit? Anyway, you should be able to open word documents from x-plore. . . I think there is an office suite for phones sha.

Seen the movies Twilight and New Moon?. . . Well, the films were adapted from Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series which is made up of 4 books namely TWILIGHT, NEW MOON, ECLIPSE & BREAKING DAWN. . .Don't keep yourself in suspense and waste money going to the cinema. . . download, read and find out how it all ended i.e if Bella eventually became a vampire or not . . .All books are in mobireader .prc format.

After reading this book, I fell in love with the works of Robert Ludlum.The book is aaarrrggghhh.Great read;no dull moment with this book.
