Hi you can use your Uncle’s statement, you can also legalize with a lawyer but it is advisable to go through government agencies and ministries. All your Educational certificates you must legalize at the Ministry of Education.

Please while filling the application form, I filled number 19 as self employed, but someone said since na studies, that I should have filled in student, trainee. How do I correct it please.

Facts first...

1. You cannot work in Czech Republic with a Schengen Visa.
2. You cannot also stay in a Schengen country for more than a cumulative 90 day period (not very sure of this figure but it is something close) irrespective of the duration of your Schengen visa in a year.
3. The company offering you a job should be actively involved in the processing of the visa.

The embassy of the Czech Republic is at 5, Gnassingbe Eyadema Street, Asokoro in Abuja,
You will most likely have to book an appointment online or by telephone before appearing.
The embassy website is here: https://www.mzv.cz/abuja/en/visa_consular_information/index.html

Finally, stay away from agents...all the information you need is available on the internet, google is your friend.

Best of luck!!!

U can't advice him to stay away from an agent, I got admission to study in Czech college, I had to go online and look for list of accredited agents. I looked at top ten of dem, and I chose Jolie global travels and tours in Abuja. He is the one currently processing my Czech visa, schengen countries re one hell of countries seeming difficult dese days cos its free border checks. Dia re still reliable agents out día. I was denied polish visa despite paying school fees and everything. Sometimes, dese agents know how to package visa requirements for each country and sometimes some has link inside the embassy. The question is how do I come across a reliable agent

You can put the intended date of arrival as a week or few days before the course start date. As for your date of departure after course, you can put few weeks to a month after finishing your course, doesn't matter coz you will be given additional 6 months to 1 year Resident Permit for you to find job and if you do then you can extend your Permit. Remember that for every 1 year you are legally studying in Poland counts as 6months towards you getting your Permanent Resident Permit, meaning for 5 years study you are 2 and half years counting, and the needed duration of time for granting of Permanent Resident Permit is 5 years. All the best

Good evening bro, just came back from the embassy and I was denied visa. Dey said i should appeal within 14 days.. Wat next do I do

Legalize your docs at MOE and MFA. And then the WAEC Certificate and Birth Certificate at the Polish Embassy. Go through the start of the Thread, those info is already there. Talk to SWPS, they suppose to assist you with student housing or direct you on how to get one. I know of a Private Hostel that I can guarantee you accommodation in for €200 per month, but that's after you must have gotten Visa. Best of luck

Chuman33, please can you write me via email senatorben123@gmail.com or flash me with 07065939262..I really need to ask you some questions.. I've not mastered how to chat here.. My interview is on 19th June.. Help a brother.. Thanks in anticipation

I appreciate your kind words. Lublin is somewhat of a Student city with international students community. As you can hear from the name.of the university, it's Pope John Paul II, founded in his name. You have to understand that Polish Universities ain't that highly ranked in the world scale. This University is ranked 2495 in the World and 25 in Poland. Its founded in 1918 as a strictly Catholic school, which can play positively during your Visa interview if you can sound all religious, giving reasons for choosing such university and maybe getting somewhat of a Letter from your Parish Priest, these will aid your visa application, Poland considers itself the most Catholic country in Europe. That aside. Getting a student job.in Poland is very hard to comeby, that's why millions of Poles are migrating to every corner of Europe, they are considered the blacks of Europe.
When we talk about Racism I still maintain a stand that Poland isn't the best place to relocate to for Studies and economic reasons, and like I previously in this thread stated. If you must come to Poland, stick to the big cities, makes life much easier, good thing is once you in Poland, you can easily transfer to any university in Poland as well as within Europe.

Chuman 33 tnx for the information, I got admission to study Theology in John Paul 11 University, I've paid the school fees. The problem is now in the online application of visa. What date should I put as intended date of arrival into Poland since school starts 1st October . Secondly, since national visa is one year, my course is five years course, should I still fill in one year as intended date of leaving Poland.. Thanks bro
