I blatantly told him that all I can afford without breaking the bank is 50k. He pressured me and out of duress I told him I will balance him 10k later within the new week, if after I must have packed in.
Yesterday, I paid for the apartment and the barrister told me to collect the key from the agent..
Now the agent said that he will never give me the key to the apartment unless I balance him the 10k.
