Why won't you be fulfilled when you've successfully plunged the country back to 1972.
Your only regret is that you couldn't islamize the country and you couldn't stay in power till eternity. |

LeoDeKing: So what is he asking? The author wants to know if the young boy will be remanded in juvenile because of the parents wickedness and reluctance to pay and feeling nothing will happen cos it's a boy of 13 that broke the windscreen which he (the man) has repeatedly said to the face of the author. |

Crime › Can I Sue A 13 Years Old To Court For Malicious Danage by Senioreddy(op): 11:20pm On May 11, 2023 |
Good evening bros
Please I need your advice. A 13 years old boy broke my windscreen and the parents are reluctant to fix it. Please note that he didn't break it because he was playing football. Rather he jumped on the car that was parked and broke the windscreen during an event. Since this incident happened the father didn't pay a dime and keeps giving excuses and didn't even show concern until the case was reported to the police. The screen and fixing it is worth 65k. I asked the man to either pay 55k or buy the glass while I pay for the fixing. The man has refused to pay and is saying he can only afford 30k. Now I want to charge the son to court for malicious damage. The incident happened in Lagos but the IPO is saying that remand home is in Abeokuta and I know there's one at opebi Ikeja.
Please advice me as I need to seek justice but don't really want the young boy to go to jail.

favourRN: It's important to take this seriously and seek medical attention for your child as soon as possible.
There could be several reasons for the swelling, including infection, injury, or a hernia. It's best to have your child examined by a pediatrician to determine the cause of the swelling and the appropriate treatment not by coming here for solutions as here has no solution as you would be causing more harm.
In the meantime, you can help to alleviate any discomfort your child has by avoiding tight clothing or pressure on the affected area.
Please do not delay seeking medical attention so the conditions don't get worsen over time. Thanks |

etrange: I don't understand. Your baby has a swollen testicle, and you think coming to Nairaland to ask faceless users the solution is a good idea? So if I give you a solution, you'd actually apply it on your child? Come on, bro. You don't need anyone to tell you that the right thing to do is to take him to a hospital. Please, take him to a general practitioner or a pediatrician. They'll recommend a specialist if necessary. Hopefully, it's nothing serious. It could be hydrocele which isn't really a serious problem.
All the best! Good morning sir. Thanks for the advice. However the family concerned already plan doing that as they've been booked for Thursday. Just wanted to know if anyone has had similar experience with their kid(s). You know the parents are kind of scared and worried |

Good evening dear fam. I have a two years old son. He recently celebrated his two years birthday. Just this evening I and my wife noticed that his testicles and scrotum is swollen. It was my mother Inlaw who first noticed it then but it wasn't this big as at then. He doesn't really feel any pains. What could possibly be the issue here and what's the possible solution.
Please I need your advice.
