RomanceRe: My Relationship Is Static. Mature Minds Only Please by senjuma: 12:00am On Jun 12, 2015
hmmn..i can only imagine ur dilema..7 or 8 years is not a small journey really and that makes it more tasking for u having gone this far together...relationship evolves overtime but shouldn't take too long period to determine its direction which I think is d mistake here.. both of ur values for d relationship might have changed and defer considerably overtime without u realizing it especially when there are too many assumptions rather than working with some good level of facts and realities..I think at this point uv got to put emotions aside and be more firm and decisive in determining d course of d relationship..be determined to maintain or change ur course as d case may be depending on ur conviction..relationships come to serve different purposes not necessarily to end in marriage..please take Sunny's advice and consider other people's good opinions too..take time to pray about it..wish u all d best!
BusinessRe: Opening A Pharmacy by senjuma: 12:10am On Jun 08, 2015

I would not advise you to start a retail pharmacy if you are not a pharmacist. The law does not approve for some reasons which i would want Seun to take note of. But as a non-pharmacist you can open a pharmacy for wholesale (distribution) or importation. The laws governing these are clearly spelt out by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). Among others it involves you having a pharmacist on the board of the business (the % is not important) as reflected in form CO7. Also a superintendent pharmacist will have to process your application with PCN. Details of requirements for such registration i can send to whoever is interested.

PCN is charged with the following responsibilities among other:
Setting standards for those seeking to become pharmacist
Laying down the code of conduct desirable for the practice of the profession
Inspectorate activities
Disciplining erring pharmacist
Registering pharmacist
Maintaining a register of PATIENT AND PROPRIETARY MEDICINE LICENSE(POPULARLY KNOWN AS "CHEMIST"wink

Now, a retail pharmacy (quite different from a "chemist"wink is where you can purchase and obtain information about drugs including dosage, possible side effects and general counsel on drugs and disease process because the operator is required to have undergone training for such purpose. IT IS NOT A PLACE FOR DRUG CASH AND CARRY (pls escuse my choice of words). It is a place where vital health issues are solved. Such sensitive and important responsibilities can not be left in the hands of just anybody. That is why Law chambers are opened and run only by lawyers and the same way hospitals by doctors. To maintain this sanity PCN requires that ONLY PHARMACISTS should open a retail pharmacy so that if any problem arise as a result the owner (the pharmacist) can be held responsible by the Council.

2million is quite sufficient to start a modern retail pharmacy. Most of the tips given already are quite o.k except that registration with NAFDAC is not required. The Agency plays only a complimentary role in the running of the business. For instance, only drugs registered by NAFDAC can be offered to patients in a pharmacy.
@ asolacool...kindly send me d detail of requirement for registration by PCN..thabks
PoliticsRe: 'Pastors For Change' On 7-day Prayer, Announce That God Chose Buhari by senjuma: 3:13pm On Mar 19, 2015
how many of those pastors actually registered for election talkless of having their PVC or even voting??.I wonder how prayer and fasting will do any magic..I feel sorry for d negative impact politics has made on d Nigerian church rather than the church affecting politics positively..several contradictory prophecies here and there about d nation..confidence lost in d priestly ministry of the church to d nation, everyone clamouring for attention and gain not minding how it comes..I pray for d church..RISE UP AND TAKE YOUR PLACE, GOD IS COUNTING ON YOU, NIGERIA LOOKS UP TO YOU! God bless Nigeria!
