brabrus still refused to show up o....!
As for my guy that did the fix,he advised me to wait till the raining season is over, then floor the compound so that the rain water will not be soaked in the soil and comes out inside the house.
Brabus Bosun Davies Shoyeye of Nexthome will not show up. You know why? because he is a fraud. he parades himself as "Mr know it all" online but in real sense, he is a QUACK. |

Could you please recommend the lightest (as in weight) tiles? I need something that won't add too much weight for my house because I don't want it to sink further. Thank you sir. @QCI :- Whats the current update on fixing your sinking house? |

EgunMogaji: I shouldn't know about sharp sand because I'm not a professional builder and have never used/bought sharp sand in my life (here I use ready mix - concrete mix by the bag that you just add water to). So I ask questions and will continue to ask questions, even seemingly mundane questions that pisses off certain quarters because when I ask I learn.
I also take the opportunity to thank those that answer my questions selflessly except for the snort nosed yellow-belly back-boneless runt liar.
I like knowing now that I can get these tiles in Nigeria. All I have to do know is go to my local tile shop and identify the tiles that I want and look for it in Nigeria. Win win. Are you Fastshipping? |

kolnel: Bro Lots of places in Ibadan are safe The few burglars occur in new areas : elebu inside, akobo Oju irin, etc This are kind of burglars that a Normal german shepherd would deter and it happens most Sunday's mornings or when the occupants are out Don't you think hanging a pirate flag on site will chase the bandits away too? |

Mr N3xt you write just like Brabus Nexthome builder who always fight and scam his customers. Do you know Brabus? n3xt: Mr AZUH, we're almost 3 weeks into this. I don't know how long you've been on this before bringing this online but I'm sure it's not something recent.
Water in the foundation is not a joke. Do everything and anything to keep water away from your structure. You need to understand how soil erosion, loss of moisture and soil shrinkage can cause your building to settle downward.
Otherwise, go ahead and demolish the building. You don't need anybody's approval to do that bro.
There are great builders from that zone here on Nairaland and offline, speak to them about getting a right fix for your problem. You're just showing the problem and not implementing any fix. |
