You are absolutely correct. They try to increase the total numbet of sqm. This journey has opened my eyes to some of the tricks in n out of the book. I guess it is what it is...

Am glad you finally answer our question. Am not doubting u but all am asking was more transparency. That gives us a clue and a better picture of the place or am I asking for too much?

Am not trying to throw you under the bus but why cant you answer a simple question , is it water logged? in business you have to be transparent so that buyers will know what they are getting into. (there is no softer pillow like a clear conscience)
