My suggestions are things the OP can do by himself without involving anyone except he chooses.
1. Real Estate. There are locations even in the city that sells land cheaper and in the space of 1-2 years, the price would have increased. If u are ready, I will tell u the location, u go there, see for ur self, then u buy, u survey and that is all. U keep for just a year, and u will see the price. It never fails. There's one I know that still sells cheap, yet there's electricity there with tarred road, even I know a film maker who has acres of land there. One of the leading church in Nigeria has 100acres of land they bought and fenced it.
2. Agriculture. There are virgin lands that could be bought at peanut prices that u can either plant Cocoa plantation, Palm fruit plantation, Cashew plantation. These plantations, when they start yielding, they do so for live. And if u don't want to wait to start from afresh, there are people who have these farms inherited but are oversea who wants to sell them. Imagine having palm tree plantation on a 15 acres of land already producing, it produces all through the year. U don't need to do anything, just buy it, then lease it out to rent. U can earn the money u use in buying it just from the rentage in 2-3 years depending on what u want. The same applies to cocoa plantation. Buy them, and put it out for lease. Those who rent them will be the one taking care of it because it's their source of livelyhood while they still pay u the rent. I know all these so well. These are clean business people don't put eyes, there's no one into any of this who isn't a millionaire, and your farm remains forever, and they continue to produce forever, and in the future, u may also decide to sell, obviously, more than the price u bought because the products from these farm produces are daily needs. They will continue to bring money. No stress at all if u are buying already grown farms of either cocoa or palm fruit or cashew plantation. To the person that I quoted above (@emmaak2 and to others who share the same thought), it's a wrong assertion. There are over 3 persons whose BVN starts with 222 and got approvals on Tuesday, the 10th of November, this is a fact that I know. So please relax and be hopeful. No one knows the exact criteria they adopt for approvals, so it would be best if we quit coming up with funny theories. Be hopeful.



To @bimbax, the bolded part is what they stated on one of the pages that popped up when you saw your approval. But on the acceptance page, there's a lengthy memo which I believe that a lot of people don't bother to read. It's stated therein, REPAYMENT STRUCTURE: Fixed amount per month (covering both principal and interest) TENOR: 12 months from Disbursement Date. MORATORIUM: 3 months moratorium on both principal & interest
Another part of that memo reads and I quote "The Borrower consents that the Bank shall, without notice or demand, apply any credit balance (whether then due), to which the borrower is at the time beneficially entitled to in any account with the Bank and/or with any other bank/other financial institutions, in (or towards satisfaction of any sum then due and payable (but unpaid) by the Borrower to the Bank under this Agreement."
My advice: Please beneficiaries should endeavour to read terms and conditions of loan applications in order to fully understand what they are signing up for.



@sapientia1 and others wondering same, my observation lately is that NIRSAL MICRO FINANCE BANK creates accounts for beneficiaries and automatically sends the account numbers to them. Relax and do nothing. Your commercial bank account will be credited.





@Lutie20 and @Seunannointing , the NMFB will automatically open an account for you, but it's your commercial bank account that will be credited.

It's been paid into your NIRSAL bank account. login to the NIRSAL approval page to accept the loan conditions and supply your bank details. Check previous pages for the link.

I didn't get any notification of approval or so, but when I checked the covid19.nfmb.com.ng and I imputed my bvn, it took me to a page telling me of the loan and the approved amount etc. So I updated it with my first bank account details. But prior to this, I had gotten a message earlier from Nirsalmfb telling me they had opened a bank account for me. So, where will the loan be paid? In my nirsal bank account or first bank account

You all should remember it is a loan not a grant. We all have exactly 1 year to begin repayments. Monthly repayments can be as low as 20k and as high as 60k, depending on your approved amount. Though I personally pray everything scatter so nobody repays.

From this, it's clear Satan has accessed to the Almighty and what he does is just to accuse them before God. The Bible records as regards Satan, that from the beginning he has been sinning, meaning he has been doing wrong things, he has been reporting and accusing people in Heaven before God. To actually get all I have said, your self this question, what's the view of the Almighty as regards Satan?

Pls, try and study about the title Lucifer and you would know that title could only have been given to Jesus Christ but man accreditated it to Nebuchadnezzar because of his greatness. Isaiah 14:12 is not literarily, really an event about Satan, alot of people overspiritualize or read meaning into the Bible.
