As a Christian, to actually know the cause of the war in heaven, you need to first understand the meaning of the word "Satan" or "Devil" and you also need to read Rev 12:1-11. Satan from the beginning has always being Satan, he never became Satan, He was Satan from the beginning. Satan is not Lucifer, Lucifer was a title of a king of Babylon(King Nebuchanezzar), who was humbled by God because of his pride. The Bible clearly explained why Satan was scared out of heaven and that is" He goes around to beguile, deceive and then still accuse them in the presence of God Almighty. Read Rev 12:7-12. The decision to cast Satan out of heaven was by the angels, because he was always accusing them before God. From this, it's clear Satan has accessed to the Almighty and what he does is just to accuse them before God. The Bible records as regards Satan, that from the beginning he has been sinning, meaning he has been doing wrong things, he has been reporting and accusing people in Heaven before God. To actually get all I have said, your self this question, what's the view of the Almighty as regards Satan?

Pls, try and study about the title Lucifer and you would know that title could only have been given to Jesus Christ but man accreditated it to Nebuchadnezzar because of his greatness. Isaiah 14:12 is not literarily, really an event about Satan, alot of people overspiritualize or read meaning into the Bible.

Pls, I need response. I once conceived the idea of domesticating the local fowl breeds just like we do for broilers etc. I mean by breeding them together with broilers in the cage starting from 3-4 weeks, but I have not had the chance to be able to implement it. Pls has any one tried it or do you know anyone who has tried it or do you have a likely tendency of what's going to happen to the local fowl breed?

Good morning Mr JideSm, I lost my phone last Thursday. I can't really explain how it happened. It must have dropped inside one of the taxi I boarded home. I tried retrieving one of the SIM inside the lost phone because I was told it's N1,000 per SIM and that I must provide a national ID card which I did. So you want to open a business and you know nothing of how to get started, well NO WORRIES.
You do not need to find a lawyer, a chartered Accountant or an agent. All you need is an ATM Master Card and an internet connection. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) now has an on line portal that makes life easy for all potential entrepreneurs and Businessmen in Nigeria.

To register A company the first step is to

STEP 1: Search for availability of Name - Visit http://services.cac.gov.ng/ sign up as a new customer and provide all necessary details accurately. Once you are properly signed in click on 'Name availability Search' type in two names that are creative and uncommon as your proposed business name and try to avoid cliché names. Fill the form with your best Email address and Phone number and submit the form when done. The submission of the form would costs N500 and can be paid using you master card, visa card, verve card, on line banking etc.
The name search would take one to two working days to be approved or disapproved or declined. If disapproved try again With a different and more unique name but if declined you will need to start all over again.

STEP 2: Register the Business name - Once your name has been approved the next step is to register the business name. Log in to your account with CAC and once logged in click on 'action' and download the the letter of approval from the CAC portal, open it and take note of the approval number.
Go back to the website, Click on 'Registration' on the top left of the webpage select business name and paste the number from the approval document on the space provided click on enter. Ensure you know the nature of the business, proprietors of the business and all other relevant information accurately. NOTE: You can 'save and exit' the form at any point where you have difficulties.

Fill the form Accurately avoid Mistakes as a Correction would cost you more money and waste your Time.
Now one important thing is[i] When asked if you need additional copies of Certified true copy and documents, select Zero as this is applicable to only those who are registering a limited liability company.[/i]

Submit the form and Pay N5,000 for the business name using your ATM card. You would be given a form to submit to the CAC office in your selection.

STEP 3: Physical Submission - Download and print and make two photocopies of
- All receipt of payment from Remitta and CAC,
- The approval of business name document
- The form you received upon payment for business name
Take these documents with two passport Photographs, submit for filing with CAC.

Finally your business name certificate will be given to you and you signed out successfully.

I think I understand you. But I want to call your attention to the difference between marriage and friendship. True friendship is based on 100% love which could involve emotional attachment to either gender and that's why you may see people with one disability or the other with friends they move about but when it comes to marriage, love or feelings or emotional attachment is not the only thing to consider. You need to consider your compatibility, you need to consider if you two complements each other, you need to consider maturity, you need to consider your partner's background or family, you need to even consider her past life, you need to consider if you could trust your life with her, a whole lot of things to consider when it comes to marriage. Base on the considerations, then you make your decision if its worth going into the marriage. Marriage must be considered or viewed from various angles and then prayed upon successfully. You don't need to consider all these when it comes to friendship because it is driven by feelings or emotion but in marriage, feelings and emotion do not take the major role to sustain it. I can assure you out of understanding that even to whoever you may be attracted to emotionally, if in marriage, your emotional attachment will cease or end, and some thing else will be what will keep the marriage running based on the advantages or disadvantages involved.
