the Nigerian mobile 1 is rated at 20W50 and what's it with mobile 1 in Nigeria seems it's the cheapest piece of crap available. you may not be able to see 5W30 in our fueling stations, what you will see is 5W40 and the price ain't friendly, the cheapest I have seen and use is MRS full synthetic 5W40 at 6600 some of their outlet sell as high as 7k plus for 5litres

total sells it's 5W40 at 8500 for 5litres and forte oil sells it's 5w40 at 7500 for 4litres and 1500 for 1litre bottle. The mobile station I went to said they don't have synthetic oil just crappy 20w50 in different coloured containers.

Thanks nurey, but mobil 1 is one of the most expensive engine oil that mobil has, it costs about 8k5 for 4 litres. R u sure of your response..

The Toyota Camry Xle V6 requires 5W-30 Engine Oil. There are several brands anyway. I use the Toyota branded 5W-30 oil. My car requires approximately 6 litres so I buy a 4 liter can and 2 one-liter bottles.

Is Mobil 1 a 5W-30 Engine Oil. Pls do confirm for me

the camry is better than the avalon with only 1mpg difference even though your avalon is 3.0L against a 3.5L engine. check the link for better info http://www.milespergallon.info

Thank you @Nurey. How do we translate MPG in relation to petrol which we use here in Nigeria. Some cars uses Miles, Some uses Kilometers, How do one know when miles are in Miles or Km. What is also the ratio of miles to km.

A 2010 car is 5 years old and a 2007 is 8 years old. I would rather go for a 2010 though I don't really like the facelift. So for me I would buy a 2009 model as the difference in price with the 2007 won't be that much. As for 2007 model issues, I think it's specific to some batches. I drive a 2007 Camry xle v6 with date of manufacture as 06/2006 which means it is among the very first ones produced and it has not given me any issues even though I have driven it for quite some time.
Also know that maintenance is key to the longevity of any car regardless of how reliable it has been designed to be.

But what is the fuel consumption like with the 2007 camry xle V6, i currently use a 2003 Avalon and i am almost close to sealing a deal on 2007 camry xle v6 upgraded to 2010 and i want to have an idea of its fuel economy value. The Avalon i currently use isnt friendly with fuel consumption, please let me know what you think.

I think it is just the LED rear lights, New styled headlamps, front grille, and front bumpers.
The engine is still the same 3.5L V6 268hp (2GR-FE), 6-spd auto transmission.

The one that has a significant change is the I4, where it moved from 2.4L (2AZ-FE) to 2.5L (2AR-FE).

Moreso is better for one to go for the 2007 version upgraded to 2010. Please let me know your thoughts.
