Have still not received any notification from chrisvicmall concerning my goods or my refunds (gave them the account number).

And have not received anything, I was played yet I still put a white hand forward in doing business with them but they still keep on playing me asking for one more day after the other. Is that fair?

I think have tried my best enuf in keeping silence about this whole tin with @chrisvicmall , have been treated with unfair just yet some people comes around to start crucifying me with these whole thing

Chrisvicmall: You are unhappy which I understand I sincerely apologize. My friend, in a moment when we are unhappy, it is always important that we state the facts. I think it is my responsibility to give an explanation and if you find anything I said wrong, please find me guilty.

Anybody that has done business with us knows that we only start doing transaction with any seller after we have receive your payment. You mentioned that it is over a month you made an order but please check the payment date on the receipt of your payment. It should read 12/12/12 i.e 12th Dec. 2012. Today is 2nd and you made the post on 1st. The day you make this post makes it 20th day. And it is not up to a month as you refer.

Moreover, when you place the order, we gave you the reason(which is that the seller of the product you are purchasing is not online and there is no way we can contact the seller) your order was delayed and we taught that you do understand.

Did your order get lost? The answer is no. Your product isn't lost but it is on hold. No product has been lost with the shipping company we use and your product won't be the first. Having said that, I also acknowledge that the shipping company we use don't try much when it comes to customer service especially when you want to pick your product at the airport.

Before you write this post, we have already agreed with you to refund your money back to you and also tell you to keep the product to yourself if they finally contact you to come for collection of the product. Regarding the customer you lost, we will add something on the money we will refund to you. It is our responsibility to do so.

One thing I hate most is when peepz tried justifying their actions by lying just to make themselves look good, is this all you can come up with after more than 24hrs of the post?
Do u want me to post the grabbed screen of those chats I had with elena and victor in which you guys where saying different thing, or the one with the series of number you gave me about some agent in which the agent doesn't even know WHAT AM TALKING ABOUT? Or that of Mr oyebuchi who kip tellin me to call back series of time like am begging for the products. Or do u even what me to show the series of mails in which VICTOR is talking in such a way a business man shouldn't say.
Ask those sellers, I chat with them online almost everyday because they are always online. I know there is nothing like money back business, when are you going to refund me? Am I goin 2 wait anoda so called 20days 4 it and are you going to pay for the wasted time and customer's distrust?

After a month of order, after several hours of chatting with the sellers, after series of mails...@chrisvicmall said they lost my product and there is nothing they can do about it.

Seriously is that how to do business, I promised my customers that they will get the product tomorrow after waiting patiently for several weeks, now what am I to say to them. What should ve bin done that have not done with chrisvicmall but they just acted like a heartless being.
