before now, Instead of Rochas to finish d Bridge, he went to. build roundabout around d. ridge just like he was doing in every junction in owerri. later, he made them use 9" blocks to construct d wall of the bridges. so don't blame people when they say his projects are China or inferior.

IMO state has two universities, of which one (FUTO) is a university of technology with a lot of professors in engineering and been active members of COREN. D best their skills can get them is 8 - 10 storey hotels. coupled with a governor who specializes in "China roads" that washes away within d same week it is been tarred. i only fear for d future of the so called bridge because d most delicate part is being concluded by d specialist in China products. I pray for those In d future that would ply this. bridge. when it would happen, no one should be under and above it.

U are right in ur calculation of d expenses but exam registration / course fee should be included.

Though, don't be surprised, depending on ur course, some study Materials both in print & softcopy are not available as at 2013. Still, even if u complain, they will ignore u & expect u to right d exam becos it might b a compulsory course. So shine ur eye

I wish the good prospects that the NOUN stands to provide can be allowed to b fulfilled by their staff. Some staff especially d very influential senior staff would not b able to be computer proficient and are administratively slacking.
Imagine where a student finished PGD exams since last year September 2013 & submitted project topics for approval; it took a year to get approval & they are expecting magic to complete the project b4 December to enable one graduate by January 2015.
OWERRI study centre has faulty admin & after haven bn visiting d centre to find out, they av d guts to blame one with a flimsy excuse.
this concludes that in general, education in Nigeria is still filled with sadist & progress-inhibitors.

though the act is wrong but why would Nigerians or who ever be so desperate to witch hunt his/her fellow. I pray d "who ever" seats on d same seat as those bn hurt, to feel d scenario they are in.
