What of survey plan, if the place hasn't been surveyed, then ur in trouble. Quickly go and survey it if the other party hasn't and register it accordingly. If the other party has surveyed it then it now becomes a serious case. U will need to prove from whom sold it to ur parent and disprove the other party that he didn't acquire the land legitly.
So for now, this is the case on ur hand. Better still get a lawyer and keep evidences.

Due to some challenges, I and my wife are staying in one room self con and her 30 year old sister has been staying with us for some months now, my wife is older than her by three years.

Making love has been challenging since then even though the sister puts bed on the floor and sleep,most time when we assume she is asleep and engage in the act, i will later observe that she is not sleeping. The land you inherited, was it properly documented by your father?
Do you have documents like survey plan and deed.? And if you do av the survey plan, go to ur state ministry of lands and survey to verify if it was registered properly.

If all this are positive, allow the man to finish the building, while you take your time to get a lawyer who understands such matters. Settle on his cut in d case and let the music start in court.

If I were you, I would wait until the Man should av forgotten b4 striking. Money Has season and power is transient. So gather ur facts and find the perfect time to strike back. Goodluck

How can this be explained or understood.

A child that b4 his one year birthday or after his one year birthday, in church, amongst the crowd, was singled out and was told he didn't come to Stay. By 5yrs and some months, he kicked the bucket after spending 2months.plus in the hospital where he would have gone from but his departure waited till d 5th day from his visit back from D hospital.

2. Pertaining to this Same child, a day (night) b4 his was born, the mum fell into a gutter. Now, after his departure, a night to His posthumous birthday, around the same Time again, the mum still fell in similar fashion like in his birth time.
