When i saw ur sold gold... Wanted to call ur attention to d pin on daily chart bouncing of a very important level 1198.4 which happens to coincide with d monthly s1 and a confluence of other supports like psychology level 1200....was glad u discovered urself...


I shud call today a golden Thursday cos of d confluence of support below price.... Will buy gold wen there is a close above 1220.7 stp is 50pips 1st tp is 1253.8.... We might be heading to 1307 again and a quite ambitious possibility of 1413.4 from where it shud take a breather....

Back in the day when I was still a newbie, when what I posted above happens, I would immediately jump into the trades because I did not want to miss out, sometimes it worked, most times it didn't. But I am grateful that I have learnt to overcome such impulses and learnt that there is no such thing as a missed opportunity in trading, you may miss one, another one that's just as juicy or juicier will be along before you know it. Between the time that I posted the quote above and now - exactly two hours, oil has shed a 100 pips, gold 80 pips and DJIA 30 pips. If I had jumped right in like I used to, I'd be over 200 pips in red!
