Hmmm dis one indororama is snatching Notore's staff is it dat Notore's staffs r not well treated or dose staffs switched to greener pasture? Guys don't we hav anyone here dat has a relation or knows som1 working in Notore? Well let's just keep our fingers crossed God will do d best for us all. With d way dis interview is goin like seasonal movie den one can conclude dat many hands will be required. I just pray and hope their offer would worth it.

Sop guys! Is dere any1 dat went for interview on friday or today monday or any1 dat is still scheduled for dis week? Am thinking dey shud b done wif interviews last week friday 12th. As for d nos of training dey will surly need more hands cos power station is a shifting job so more engineers to do d shifts. Let's see how it goes maybe we wud be called to resume by july. Yes bro. According to d H.R and I quote lol. Training is divided into 3 sections and we have 6months in 1 section. Plus exams after each section in which any trainee dat does not meet d cut off will be asked to withdraw. First 6 months basic and elementry science. Second 6 engineering plus production process. Last 6 now practical and finally we enter into d production area to see. After all dis we wud face panel just like project defence bur we will call it training defence. After d whole adventure certificates will be issued and now Work begins. That's d plan for the whole 18months bro. Bur for d whole 18months nothing is expected of u bur ur full attention. U r not required or compelled to produce anyfin bur just to learn.

congrats bro. One advice I will give is make sure u study ur cv well and be able to defend whateva job experience u have. Be composed cos d panel sabi ask questions o. All the best. The training process is 18months.
