All Samsung smart phones, all Techno smart phones, some HTC smart phones, all Motorola smart phones, maybe some Sony smart phones runs Android operating System OS software i.e any phone/devices running Google's Android OS. So, when looking for an Android phone, be sure you ask somebody who knows it to lead you to buy. Hope it is clear.

the can easily be overclock without rooting, up to 1ghz
