Well, I guess I'm lucky. Both batteries I have are doing the same thing. They don't drop quickly. I charged both for well over 6 hours, at first charge.

Bros, I went over your thread, and it's same issues. You could have returned the phone to Jumia, instead of creating a thread to disparage the product. Or did Jumia not tell you they accept returns? If you ever loved the device before you ordered it, you won't want to quickly rubbish it as soon as you got it and started looking for faults, which you eventually found.
You complained of a damaged SD card (you said it's internal memory), that's enough grounds for you to return the phone to Jumia to fix or replace, but you didn't.
Not enough memory? That issue was addressed by Innjoo on their own site within a few weeks of several user complaints, and an update was made available which reduced the user storage memory to 4gb and added 3GB to ROM, for apps storage, while still maintaining 1GB RAM for the smooth running of apps. And then you go on with your spurious claims that the update was FAKE, and users shouldn't have been asked to flash their own phones? Like, in 2014, seriously?. Then, you complained about call quality ... Android is an open system, for a lot of reasons. It's not your average phone where you just browse, chat and make calls and go. You own the system, learn to tweak it....or better still, return it, and go back to good old Nokia or Blackberry...where everything has already been thought out for you. Meanwhile, it's a 14k phone, and you do get what you pay for. Don't expect SGS4, BB Z30 or Lumia 1530 quality on a 14k phone. Nobody would buy the premium phones, if the cheaper ones have the same quality. Go for premium, not cheap, whenever/where you can afford it. Meahwile, it is noteworthy too to know that THERE IS NO PERFECT PHONE.....Even the Blackberry Porsche has its own faults. Apple Macbook Air has its own set of problems. Bentley Continental S luxury cars have their own problems. Where there are issues, they are fixed, from ROM supports to recalls. Deal with it. Nothing in Technology is perfect.

Stop whining. Tell us you hate the phone and we'll believe you, but to be coming up with so much fallacious excuses is unacceptable.

lol. Just shaking my head for all these Innjoo detractors now popping up from out of nowhere on Nairaland. I guess Tecno and other manufacturers are doing their best to bring down the Innjoo brand that has now taken over their maret share. lmao.
Meanwhile, if the OP and other complaints do have genuine complaints, I feel for them. But, EVERY phone has its faults, and not every user will get a faultless device. So many Samsungs and Apple smartphones are returned to the respective companies due to several manufacture issues. I you have an issue with your phone, call Jumia for a return. If your screen breaks, call Jumia to discuss the terms for return and repairs.
The problem with Nigeria is we expect EVERYTHING to be PERFECT, and we're not informed enough about how things work overseas. A lot of people will come on this thread to say 'if it was America...' or 'can they do this for the guys in their country...'? Have you been to those companies' base to know what's going on.
Still I insist, so many more defective Blackberry, Samsung, Apple, Motorola, Nokia smartphones have been sold than actual good ones. If you don't understand how politics and global trade works, you'll never understand how it's possible that a company will sell a defective product. It's global practice, whether you choose to believe it or not.
Take, for instance, the health sector. Many drugs approved by the FDA in the US and the NAFDAC in Nigeria, have side-effects, but they vary. Some causes deaths, some will lead to other serious ailments. The agencies are aware of it, but as long as the casualties can be kept to the lowest minimum, as long as the product will be a hit product in the market that will generate income for government, as long as the manufacturers of the drug can 'settle' the influential, disgruntled guys who are in the know of the side-effects of that drug, the agencies will approve the drug. There's corruption and conspiracies everywhere you look. That's how our society is built, and that's what it thrives on. Deal with it. In the health industry, what they do is set-up a safety net, when such complaints and complications arise about the side-effects of the drugs-INSURANCE will take care of it, and their team of lawyers will be ready for any lawsuits and out-of-court settlements.
This is how it is in all other industries too, from telecoms to automobiles, to security. Name any sector.
Science and technology are constantly evolving, never perfect, and they keep us hooked to their products, because the advantages usually outweigh the disadvantages, and they have several measures in place to counter all issues arising from the use of products. You CAN'T beat that SYSTEM, unless you don't use it.

Pls, get the power bank. It's great value for money o. Mine charges my blackberry Javelin like 7 times. It will charge my Doogee 5 times conveniently. If you don't have an extra battery, the power bank is great power investment for you and should take you through 3 days easily.

Broda mii, I'll reply you, Sir, when PHCN connects us back to the power supply. No battery on the laptop, and email isn't set-up on this device. You know say Yahoo na wahala-ish email. Once you sign-in on mobile, it will start misbehaving, verification nonsense all the time. So, basically, I stopped setting it up on any mobile platform, and I access it only on the web. Pardonnez moi.

What‘s the battery‘s capacity in general? How long does it last during heavy usage? I know it charges from 0% to 100% in 2 hours. So any one to say how the battery life is?

Heavy usage will give you about 6-7 hours. Light usage could easily get you through the day. Playing music continuously on mine for about 2hours and scrolling through my gallery, my phone used about 10% only. Playing music and browsing NL was about 13% for the 2 hours. I haven't installed. Any games and I'm not a very big fan of mobile gaming, excepti'm traveling and bored. I'm more of the Facebooking/chatting type. The battery is okay, all in all. But the device itself needs battery calibration, 'cuz sometimes it just stays still without going down. Especially overnight, this phone barely uses 2% over9t. It may be at 50% when I sleep, and it will still be there when I wake up. But, it will drop to 49% after I unlock and play around the menu for a few seconds. Once Glo begins to work fully and browsing resumes, I'll do another review.

I have changed IMEI, but I'm still struggling with access point settings. Glo still not connecting.

Power button + Volume Up button. Once you enter, you'll see CWM mode displayed below. Use the Volume up or down to move around. Use power button to select Back-up and restore>Back-up.. Then, wait for like 5 mins for the back-up to conclude.

Good morning, bro. I have created a new APN, GLO NG, with APN set as blackberry.net, and Glo welcomed my 8320 to the network, after IMEI change. However, after turning off after an hour and powering on more than 2 hours later, Ican't browse. No activity in my data area. Pls, help. The new IMEI is still there.

So, I have rooted, installed CWM and back-up is in place, and I just changed my IMEI too. So, everything is done. Waiting to switch off my phone in an hour, before turning on my data.

I have two concerns, though.
One, the IMEI change, I saw that most of the IMEI's being generated for people is Blackberry 8320 IMEI and PIN. Why is that? I'm thinking that Glo may later decide to block this IMEI cheat soon, and it will beeasy for them to just block all IMEI's of the Blackberry 8320 series, since all IMEIs generated and activated are for the device. But, I know they won't do it now, togain more customers,but sooner or later, it will be blocked.

2nd concern has to do wuth our Doogee. I don't know if I've got a defective device or it's the same thing across board. I noticed a small ripple somewhere below my screen, but it's barely visible. My main concern is that, when my phone goes off to sleep, the transition action is similar to when PHCN takes the light and your TV is on. The way the TV goes off, giving a whitish line in the middle, that's how my phone goes off. Is it the same way with your devices? Can it be changed? Or am I the only one using a defective Doogee DG-310? Lemme know. Good morning, fam.

when you are in the recovery mode scroll down to backup and restore choose backup and wait for the phone to complete the process, it will take about 5 minutes minutes or more after backup is complete reboot your phone and that's all you can tweak your phone anyway you like without fear of brick.

Thanks, bro. I have done that. I appreciate.the support. There were two back-up options there, One was Backup, the other said Back-up to internal storage. I chose only Back-up. Waited for like 5mins for the Back-up to complete. Hope I did the right thing? Also, do I need to wipe cache?

CWM is used to create a back-up/recovery image of your device, so that you can restore your device to factory status, if anything happens.

That is a factory mode I think, switch it up and hold power+button up(not down) it will reboot into recovery or you can use the recovery tools to boot into recovery. Click on rebooter then choose reboot recovery from the three options.

Probably. Don't forget d. Battery is 2000mah, it will take at least 2 hours to charge. And, remember the charger has the right ampere for your battery. I also have my SGS4's charger, which charges faster, but I use only the Doogee's charger for it. Stick to the phones charger, no spoil your battery o.

1.first of all you need to root your phone then go to this site http://www.needrom.com/category/doogee/dg310/ and download CTR recovery file, actually there are two recovery files there CWM and CTR the former didn't work out for me so I used the latter, you have to register first before you can download anything from that site. After downloading placed the recovery on the root of your SD card.
2. Download recovery tools from play store
3. Open recovery tool and click on "flash other recoveries".
4. Locate your recovery file and flash it.
5. Reboot into recovery to complete installation.

Bros, I have downloaded the CWM recovery from your dropbox and flashed it with Recovery Tool, as described. After a few mintes, I think it loaded. So, I switched off and rebooted into recovery (power button+volume down button), but nachiko language dey there all through and I didn't know what option to press there, so I chose the last one to exit.
Pls, help o. My phone is okay, notbricked..lol.
What am I doing wrong? Abi na this chinko King Root I used?
Should I download SuperUser SU to override the Chinko language?

Yes, bro. I know. I just wanted to do them all in the right order and not have any of the processes counter the other. . I wanted the IMEI change to be the last of the 3 major steps, before I begin using the phone fully.

I haven't. I wanted to do it earlier, but thought it wise to do my CWM and ROM back-up first. I'll do everything tonight sha.

Meanwhile, has anyone used the gestures function? In particular, something similar to the Air Scroll I used to enjoy on my previous Samsung Galaxy S4, before it was stolen. When you're in gallery,without touching the screen, you can just wave your palm across the sensor beside the front camera , and it will automatically scroll to the next picture. This is one of the reasons why I.bought this phone-gestures sensing capability- because I loved it a lot in my SGS4.
Only limitation here is that, on this phone, it scrolls forward only, not backward. The SGS4 goes forward and backward. And, I didn't have to enable anything.I haven't even tested any of the other gestures yet.
This Doogee is a 2-point touch phone, not 5 points as advertised online, so, zooming in/out on an image by using two fingers isn't as smooth as it should be, compared to 5-10 points touch phones, like the SGS4. To quickly zoom out/in, just double tap d image. But then, for the price, this phone is wonderful already, and I ain't complaining.
Money well spent. I keep saying that. Lol.

if you have downloaded the CWM from the link I shared in Dropbox you don't need to eat extract it, if you are unable to locate it in recovery tools move it your phone memory instead of SD card because I have learned that Doogee 310 is using the internal memory as a default write disk even if you change it from the settings.

I think you have to extract it. It should be a "recovery.img" file, Put it in your internal memory root folder. Cause that's the default write disk.
If you are very good at changing it, you don't need back up. But if you are a novice, please backup.

Okay. Thanks. Also, I put the CWM I downloaded into my memory card's root. But, recovery tools doesn't locate it, when I tried to select it. The CWM file is a .rar file. Do I need to extract it first, before putting the extracted files inmy root folder?
