@Mystiq25, pls answer this. I like to charge my phones turned off, sometimes, and this may be an issue.

@everyone, from all I can read on XDA forums, the new update for this device has a couple of bugs. So, you're adviised not to update it for now. Also, there are no custom ROMs for the device at the moment. The stock ROM works just fine, anyways. Just root and install CWM to back-up your stock ROM I.e create a recovery image..

I'm rooted now. That was surely a breeze. Fast, nice and easy.

I have downloaded this, bro. But, when I open it on my computer, to access the files, it asks for a password. I don't need to open it on the system, right? Also, the recovery tools you posted, which is the better version? The one on your drop-box?

Bros, no vex o. I'm sure TSO is only trying to avoid giving himself any headaches from delays on order deliveries. Contact him on Whatsapp, and convince him you'll bear a 10-12-day wait for the phone (it was 12 days, in our own case, but things have improved). I believe he's still taking orders, but on a low-key.(See above recent comments).
The phone Doogee Voyager 2 DG-310, is a great phone oo. So fluid and sleek. Great bang for the bucks.

I have, since Tuesday, picked my phone at TSO's office.in Ajao Estate. What can I say about this wonderful op? TSO is quite trustworthy, and reliable. Tested and trusted.

My phone came with extra accessories and freebies-stylus, screen protector, hands-free earphones, leather flip case, OTG cable, USB cable and power adaptor. I'll update the pictures here when I get home.
Feel free to do business with TSO. He's a great guy....and he's the cheapest importer on Nairaland, with or without P-1300 and M-500.

The price is the selling point here. This phone is 'adequate' and cheap enough for my needs. INote has .5 inches larger screen and 1280x720 screen, 16gb and better camera and battery. All at a cost of 20k+. Well worth the price, if you ask me. But, if you have just 14k to spend, go for this. I'll be getting the I note by November ending, not immediately it's introduced by first week of November.

Has anyone done the glo bis/imei change thingy? Does it require rooting before it can be done?
Also, what's the code for glo 3gb bis subscription and do I need to be on a Blackberry before I can subscribe for it? On Airtel, I subscribe on my Nokia 'Lagos bigboy', don't know if it's the same for glo.

Finally something is happening here! CTR is a custom recovery that replaces stock and is important for flashing custom ROMs, fonts and some packages etcetera. BTW where's that ambassador?

What does this CTR entail? What does it install to your phone? I've downloaded it. I'm yet to root or install this, though.
