Hello Guys, is anyone aware of the scholarship programme for an online Masters degree in the University of Nicosia, Cyprus? A friend of mine has just been offered admission and at the point of making payment. Is there any established Government agency to inquire about the authenticity of the University?

What really can we call that stuff that is handed over to some of our guys that work in an Audit firm periodically, not necessarily month end because there may not be anything by month end. Meanwhile, these guys work so hard but ain't paid so hard.
