If you didn't touch the POF in the process, then go ahead. That is, if your POF did not reduce at any point, you can use it.

Ideally you can but most schools will advise that you use same bank for both processes

If anything goes wrong and you are refused you won't get your refund from the school.

If there is no serious reasons to change the banks then I will advise you use the same bank that you used for your CAS
