1) Why do most Blogs load very slow on Browsers despite having only a few Pages..

2) Nairaland seems to load very fast both on mobile and PC though they have a large number of users..??

3) I have heard that page caching reduces loading time on websites buh I don't seem to Understand it fully..

Any Explanations??

To Roll over yo GB plan on GLO if u have remaining MB,

1) Just recharge 1200 on the day yo BIS will expire..
2) Wait And when Yo BIS expires it will automatically add remaining MB to your new Subscription..

GLO MANUAL SETTINGS on MODEM

1) Go To Tools - Profile Management - New and input the Following Settings

2) Name - GLO or any name

3) APN - blackberry.net

4) Phone Number - *99#

5) Username and Password - Leave Empty

6) Save - Set as Default - Apply..

7) Connect and Surf..

NB.. Somonth Glo Bis code is "Text Somonth to 777" and its #1200.
Its also 3GB and it aint enough for streaming.. Just Surf and Download small files..

NB.. Its only MTN BIS that can work and it needs a VPN.. Its also unlimited and cheap since u'll be hosted on a Dedicated server..

NB.. VPN is Around #600 per month.. U can google it or try solidvpn.com..

The only difference btw the two is for BB users whereby SoMonth Users don't have access to Instant Email Receiving and Instant Messaging Chat like Yaho Messenger..

CoMonth is Useful for BB users in the sense that You can Receive Emails Instantly on Yo BB and also activate Instant Messaging..

For PC users using GLO BIS, It makes no Difference.. 3GB for Both of em..

Preferably Use SoMonth cuz its Cheaper..

For those of y'all asking for settings on Android.. Just Subscribe - go to Your internet connectivity settings - create a new profile or edit an existing one - just change the apn - usernames or passwords should be empty.. For airtel APN = internet.ng.airtel.com. Glo APN= blackberry.net.. Just try and navigate to the connectivity section of ur phone or try using yo phone manual to know how to access it..

1) Load #1200..
2) Dial *440*4#
3) You'll get a Msg and also 1GB..
4) Insert sim in Modem..
5) Edit profile to - APN = internet.ng.airtel.com
6) Phone Number - *99#
7) Leave others empty..
Save and set as Default..
9) Connect..

GLO BIS..
1) Load #1200..
2) Text SOMONTH to 777...
3) You'll get a BB msg and also 3GB..
4) Insert sim in a Modem..
5) Edit profile settings to APN = blackberry.net phone number= *99#.. Leave others Empty..
6) Save - Set as Default - Connect..

MTN BIS..

This works with a VPN and its Unlimited.. A VPN costs #500 and gives u access to streaming online and downloading Heavy Data..

NB:: this is for PC users..
Mobile Users can always go to their connectivity settings and input those APN of a Thing.. It'll definitely work as long as u use the right settings.. Be it Android, Nokia or any Phone..
