Normally, if thats the case- the very first bet will be left to stand, the proceeds on the other bets will be cancelled and your stake refunded. Time you logged in a report will be compared to time the match was played and same would be done if you lost the bet.

Does that mean I can sue surebet for not abiding by their terms and conditions??!! Aye wa owo (people are looking for money) lol. Anyways, the deed has been done na to move on base on table turn.

@the bolded, you ought to have lodged your complaints to the customer care unit immediately this happened. They might not cancel the bet(s) but they will be aware of the situation should the bets win.

Bank deposit sir, since 29th. Sent them an email they never responded. Messaged em on Facebook. Asked for details of payment, sent it to them and they went mute again. At least they should reply back maybe the bank hasn't posted the money before I go embarrass myself by accussing the bank of not posting it...

Just realised surebet's cc is not efficient enough. Been messaging them on an issue and they've not replied.
Even the so called 'scam' naija predict replies within minutes.
