Job Title:Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)
Job Summary We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented **Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the building services industry. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and site exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company effectively in technical meetings. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical projects from initiation to completion * Manage site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards * Prepare and review mechanical drawings, technical documents, and project reports * Attend and contribute actively in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors * Monitor project timelines, materials, and workmanship quality on site * Support procurement and ensure correct materials and equipment are delivered to site * Ensure safety, quality control, and proper documentation throughout project execution * Provide progress updates and technical feedback to management
Requirements & Qualifications HND – Bsc Holder 3–4 years relevant experience in the building services industry Minimum of 2 years technical/site experience (mandatory) Strong understanding of mechanical building services such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems Must be well-spoken, confident, and able to attend and contribute in technical meetings Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate site execution effectively Proficient in word processing software(Microsoft Word or equivalent) Good organizational and reporting skills

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)
Job Description In this role you are responsible for purchasing third party materials, services and/or equipment from third party suppliers for our operations. You are responsible for executing purchasing related activities, purchase process monitoring and coordinating, supplier contact management and purchase administration, in line with the central coordinated sourcing strategy and relevant policies and procedures, to ensure the realization of the purchasing process and uninterrupted and timely supply at optimum cost within specifications.
• Source for prospective suppliers and develop compelling bid cost proposals for contracts, RFQs (Request for Quotation), RFIs (Request for Information), RFXs (Request for Proposal), and other tenders. • Negotiate price and the terms & conditions with supplier(s) Compose and Issue Purchase Orders (PO) accordingly • Ensure delivered orders match the original specifications and quantities. • Track the progress of placed orders from initial purchase to final delivery at the client’s location. • Continuously expand and update the company’s supplier database, including qualifications, delivery times, and future development potential. • Evaluate all Vessel Requisitions, Clarify with technical department on specifications where necessary • Communicate delivery status updates to the accounting and expediting departments to facilitate timely invoicing upon receipt of goods. • Respond to and follow-up on technical queries related to RFQs, RFIs, RFXs, and other tenders received by the company. • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor delivery time, follow up with suppliers, Freight forwarders, agents, receivers and inform internal clients. • Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely procurements to avoid stockouts. • Maintain meticulous records of all purchasing activities, including pricing data and other critical information.
Experience • Proficiency in procurement software platforms. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement within the oil and gas/maritime industry • Good understanding of Nigerian oil and gas/ marine procurement regulations and best practices. • Age limit - 25- 35 • Females are highly encouraged to apply for gender balance
